Food is good, stuff is hot but as usual missing an item. I went in around 9pm, an hour before closing, as I had gotten out of work myself, I paid for a cheese cup, the lady asked if I wanted 1 or 2 I replied 1 and yet she didn't actually give me my cheese cup! My pregnancy cravings have me very frustrated! I didn't realize it was so complicated to complete an simple order of 2 sandwiches, poppers,and cheese cup. They're more worried about closing up, which is why they don't answer the phones either.

Well so much for a keeping a good review. Roast beef and chedders with no cheese. They were smashed like a pancake and all over the place. Waste of money. Not like others I've been too. The one in Clare is a joke!!!

I ordered a 9 piece chicken nuggets they were cold and extremely small like popcorn chicken I don't think I will be going back and I usually get food from there about 4 or 5 times a month address all you want it still won't make me want to come back

The absolute WORST Arby's. Pay $12.00 for a French Dip meal. Barely any meat. No cheese. AuJu cup was barely a 1/4 full. Was enough for half of my sandwich. I asked for more AuJu to go with the second half, they wanted to charge me another $1.00! I should have gotten enough for the meal I already paid for. Then upon looking at my receipt, they charged me individually for my wife's meal and made it over $2.00 more than it should have been. Also didn't even offer us Potato Cakes as an option for our sides, but the next 3 customers were offered potato cakes instead of fries. Poor management, poor customer service, poor portion control.

went through drive thru and my curly fries were cold. my roast beef and cheddar sandwich was luke warm with barley any of the cheese on it. my dr pepper tasted like the syrup might have been out and I said something about it and I was looked at like I had no idea what I was talking about. I could hear arguing and yelling through the window. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "Kim is to busy to deal with your problems." horrible experience with this Arby's. Wanting a phone number to talk to someone higher up about this.

Went through the drive thru this last weekend. All I could smell was weed as soon as they opened the drive thru window. The food was disgusting, and the way people were talking to each other was crazy. I would never go to this Arby's ever again! Someone higher up needs to figure out what's going on, because the management and employees there are so rude, and they're all obviously getting high while they're working. Avoid this Arby's at all costs, at least until they rework the employees and management there.

I had placed my order. Got to the window. The lady asked me to repeat my order. When I asked for a manager, the cashier was incredibly nice. The manager stepped to the window gave me a weird smirk and turned away. Figured she had seen me before and knew my order. Paid my bill for the food. Got my food. And my fries were gross. Cold and soggy. I didn't understand it. I stopped my car. Walked back inside asked to talk to a manager. And again the manager stepped up. Smirked and turned away from me. Later in the evening on my open lady's way home from work. Same manager working. Ignored the request from my ole lady, saying they don't get paid enough to deal with our issues. . . Your store is a complete joke. The nicest cashier I've seen in awhile yet the managers are complete scum.
