The coffee here is excellent, and their desserts are a must-try! I really liked the vibe of the place. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s always very crowded, and it's hard to find a spot to sit and work or relax. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Love most of Biggby coffees, but what is?up with the sandwiches??? All of Biggby sandwiches are so soggy, and bland, and doughy. Whats with wrapping the sandwich in aluminum foil?? Biggby needs to come up with a better way to serve their food. Also, the owner of this Biggby must not be very interessted in making money, since there are absolutely ZERO signs at the road that there is a BIggby behind the OReilley's and Aldi. 🤷♀️

Depends on who is at the window, some works are very sweet. Orders were the EXACT same everyday for the same 3 ppl. The drinks were never the same and started to become undrinkable! The blonde is nothing but rude and nasty. Doesn’t communicate. Would not offer to use my points even when I gave her my card. My free drinks just vanished twice. Always seemed like my drinks were beyond nasty when she was there. 3 days in a row, the same drink were either total different color, flavor or consistency. If I turned around and decided to be late for work I was treated horribly like I was trying to get something for free when I just wanted a decent $8 coffee. Was not worth the money after $300 a week for 3 ppl.
