Stopped at 5:33 p.m. off the expressway. I could not read the store number on the receipt. The address is 10210 South Clare Ave. Clare Michigan.
Upon arrival, there was no one available, we then used the restroom.
The women's bathroom was filthy. First stall was full of urine. The Second stall was occupied by a Burger King employee, who did not wash their hands properly or dry them, (as the water was only running a few seconds). The 3rd stall there was no toilet paper, so I used the second stall, which had very little toilet paper, which had just been vacated by the employee.
My husband stated the water was running in the men's sink when he went in.
By the drinking fountain area, it was very messy and the garbage was overflowing.

Not the best location. Constantly messing up orders. The management has stated they are always understaffed. They rarely give out sauces, napkins, straws and such when ordered or needed. I have had them close up to 45 minutes early before, and when I came to pick my online order up I was genuinely yelled at through the drive thru speaker by a lady that was telling me I would need to contact them through the app for a refund. Was an odd night for sure. Not to mention they once forgot to add bacon, and cheese to a whopper when paid for. When I had called to fix that they told me I could come back through the drive thru and they would give me a slice of cheese, and two bacon strips. In my hand? I was so confused. The women that work here are insane, and need replaced. They do have a solid cook line though had a good experience with them for sure. At least the app refunds you, and gives a little extra for the inconvenience. If you want to rack up free Burger King balance it might be worth the mental headache if you are in need, and want to deal with it.

You wait 20 minutes for them to prepare your and the rest of every one else that orders gets brought out at the same time seriously who makes you wait for 5 cars to only get cold food would not recommend this place eat any place else in Clare unless you like cold food this isn't Burger King you didn't get it your way you get it there way

I don't normally review fast food restaurants, but I felt I needed to praise where praise is due. This BK had quick service, kind workers, plus didnt have to order from a kiosks(yay!)! They did a really good job with the food. Everything was fresh and well done. ( Side note: the bathrooms were really clean!)

Breakfast was bad, tater tots were way too fried and sandwiches just ok. I always loved Burger King but not ow.
Visited this BK and did our order inside. We were never greeted or acknowledged from the time we walked in until the time we ordered, which was almost 10 minutes later. There was no sense of urgency for the customers inside. There was an open trash can sitting right in front of the drink station, which was a definite eye sore and disgusting.

Ordered inside and the older gentleman that took my order was super nice but struggled to listen. Not to mention I got second hand embarrassment with the flirting he was doing with the lady in front of us. Definitely uncomfortable to be around. We had 4 people order food on our bill and 2/4 orders were wrong. I told him I wanted an Oreo vanilla shake but got plain vanilla and they gave us 4 fiery wraps instead of 2 wraps and 2 sandwiches. While waiting for our food there was a lady that came back in because they missed stuff on her order, then we had the joy of listening to who I’m assuming was the manager complain about her staff. Super unprofessional. When we got the food all of the fried items were gross because you could taste the burnt fryer oil. When we addressed the stuff that was wrong they fixed it. Not happy we had to wait 25 minutes originally for the order then an additional 20 for 2 sandwiches that they messed up. Especially when there was only 2 other customers in the restaurant. I run a kitchen for a living so I understand but I decided to give this location a second chance because bad days happen but it has only gotten worse.

I just took 3 adult children to eat the how to train your dragon meal. Not only did we get a good meal but the service was amazing. Albeit they were swamped when we went in and it took a little longer to get our meals but they compensated for it by giving us each a how to train your dragon toy which made all of our day. My group will typically not go up to the counter more than once because we are introverts but we wound up getting desert and extra food there because we genuinely enjoyed the staff that were working. Everyone was very kind and when they were slower they were very apologetic and still got our orders done in a timely matter
