THE APP DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO CHANGE MY DRIVE THRU ORDER TIME.
Decent food but they've recently started to premake all of my online orders and now my food is cold Everytime I order. Fix this, it's unacceptable.

ordered chicken nuggets and a medium coke, the coke had no syrup in it but they replaced it anyway. when the girl was delivering my food she asked me what I was doing?.She stated to me that she had nothing to do with that. she brought me a new one to the drive-thru, which was warm, and flat. never again

Ordered an original chicken sandwich with cheese, got the sandwich, no chicken! Employees were very rude, acted like we took the chicken out! While waiting for sandwich, we're rude to other, elderly customers as well! Never going there again!

The food tasted so nasty and it took forever the Manager with red hair and big was so rude to me and my family and yelled at my daughter when she asked for some condiments this is by far the worst restaurant in Michigan and I’ve been in some bad places

If I could.leave zero stars I would, we stopped in tonight while traveling. Pulled into drive thru and a girl asked to take our order. We didn't even get the word #1 out when she started yelling is that all, this continued thru the entire order. Soon as we pulled to the windows, we asked if she was in a hurry. Very rudely she stated no. Note, Noone was in the drive thru being or in front. We asked to see the manager who began yelling at us as soon as she got to the window. She refunded our money and threw the food away. She called me a liar. She was so spun out, she couldn't speak. This is the worst burger King ever.

Pulled up this morning like I had done for many years the little dweeb working the window was the most rude individual I have met many years close the window on me like a little prissy I have been eating there for a long time I will not be back until that little dweeb is out of there his poor attitude I couldn't give it a zero star because that's exactly what he deserved get these little punks out of your store or lose customers daily
