This place will get your order wrong 99% of the time. If you go through the drive thru you should check your order before you leave the parking lot because if its not missing food its definitely missing the sauces you asked for.

Love that Clare are a different place to eat at. They staff are always friendly and your food order is always correct and there is a short wait for fresh food. One of the best fast food place in the area.

The service as always was impeccable, but the food was a disappointment. My fish sandwich looked like it was thrown together and fell apart in the middle of eating it. The mac and cheese was semi warm, but the noodles were not soft and the cheese wasn't creamy. My husband's butter burger looked like the meat had been sitting there for awhile. The edges of the patty were black and it was a dry patty. For spending over $40 for 3 people at a fast food joint, you would think the ingredients and the presentation would be better.

Shout out to Paisley and Janet for going above and beyond! You both are awesome, friendly, very patient and caring. Thank you for making our visit special and not making us feel rushed or just another order to get filled and being pushed out of the store when your busy. Yes, they were busy and it was dinner time but I was still in and out with in 15 to 20 minutes. I had wonderful friendly service. It appeared to be a nice positive atmosphere, workers were working very diligently to get orders out quickly. They were also working together looked like everyone was in a good mood and having a good day. That was awesome to see. Thank you.
This is not the restaurant you stop at for fast anything. Waited in bathroom line for 15 mins because they only have 2 stals. Then stand in a very long line of 20+ ppl, ordered & now waiting 30 minutes for food. Not somewhere I will ever stop again meaning NEVER!

Almost every table was dirty. We live close by and this is not the normal. Sorry I visited it on a Sunday. After about 10 minutes they started cleaning tables. So going with a better review.

Stopped by in the middle of the holiday weekend rush. Definitely a busy location! Staff was welcoming and attentive despite having a lot of customers to handle. I didn't catch names but the woman who was taking orders was handling the line inside and the drive thru at one point and the young man running out food dealt very professionally with people who were cranky about the wait. Our food was hot and fresh when it came out, and the spicy chicken sandwich was delicious.

Kortney was the kindest, most attentive person. She made my experience so awesome and I only hope everyone can learn from her in the customer service industry, I hope she moves up the Culver’s ladder, and deserves it. Well done Kortney!

Absolutely the best dine in/drive thru in Cadillac. Talk about consistent excellence. Food quality, service , speed. I love Culver’s at about every place I’ve been to one, but the Cadillac store just seems to stand out in quality and consistency great job🤘
