I usually don't leave reviews but this place is ridiculous. Ordered a two piece meal and I got 1 piece and a tiny little nugget of a wing. Fries were so old and cold. If we had eaten in I would have thrown it at the employees. Garbage

Placed an app order while about a mile away not noticing it selected the KFC in Mountt Pleasant, got to this KFC and checked the app and it was then that I noticed the location. Apparently this happens with the Mount Pleasant location all the time. Had to call corporate to cancel the order.
For whatever reason they don't participate in the app which is the only way to make KFC and its mid at best quality chicken (we all know KFC has been trash for decades) slightly worth it so if they don't participate in the app I won't participate in buying from them, I ended up just waiting until I got home and picking up an eight piece of better chicken for half the price from my local grocery store deli.

For the dollars sure would have expected a better bowl than the ones we got. We were very disappointed It was good but needed gravy wonder if they look like that when you dine in? Or is that the cut back.

When asked about this at the counter they said they don't participate; but the Taco Bell run from the same location does. I asked about contact info for KFC Corporate as their receipts only have taco bell information, he said to look it up online. Very poor service and reception from staff.

Let me start off the with saying if I can give a 0 rating I would. This place is a mess, worst customer service I ever had. Manager is rude and unprofessional. I order $50 dollars of food and they trying to tell me you don’t get any sauce with it. I been to many different KFC in the country and by far this is one top my list. Stay away from this place.
