The food was actually very good and authentic, but the overall experience was disappointing due to the service. The staff weren't very welcoming, and we felt ignored for most of the night. It's a shame because the kitchen team is doing a great job, but the front-of-house needs a lot of improvement

This is from my experience on Friday 1/33/26 at around 5:30PM in Clare Mi. I ordered $41 dollars of food including three pizzas and two orders of bread sticks through the app. At time to pickup, I entered my portal code and the portal door automatically opens and the staff had placed all of my items into the one slot making it very overly packed. When the portal door opened, one of my orders of breadsticks slid out and fell on to the floor, without me touching anything yet. At first a worker looked over and witnessed the food automatically falling on the floor and just looked at me without saying anything. I politely asked for a replacement order of breadsticks due to them packing the portal too tight and the sticks falling on to the floor. There were several breadsticks sitting in the hot and now warmer so he worker kindly replaced them. I started to leave but realized I had forgotten one of my three pizzas (because it was placed in a different portal slot) and went back to ask for it. Instead of confirming the pizza was mine and handing it to me, a female manager made it a point to say “just so you know, next time you drop breadsticks on the floor you will have to wait 12 minutes for new ones to be made and you can’t have the hot and ready ones”. I again asked for my forgotten pizza, but rather than hand it to me she repeated her statement about me waiting, I politely explained I didn’t drop them, that the portal was clearly filled with too many items of my large order and they automatically fell out when the door opened before I had a chance to even touch my order, she disregarded me and simply continued to repeat that next time I had to wait. At that point I felt unheard and was not happy with the continued insistence that it was my fault, her tone was rude and she could care less about me pleading my case that it was staff, not I that caused the dropped food but was more concerned with being rude, condescending, and angry with me that I said she can keep the food and refund my full order. I was embarrassed and upset that she continued to place blame on me when I was nothing but calm and polite. It was an upsetting experience which made me question ever eating at Little Ceaser’s again.

The worst pizza I've ever had no cheese whatsoever hard hard crust yuck!!! Had to order from buccelli's because it wasn't edible the pizza that has olives is from buccelli's the one without cheese is little Caesars 🤮

I was having a day…. We all do. Craved Little Caesar’s so I called in an order. Traveled 25 min to get it after my phone order. I didn’t care about the pizza. Just wanted to meet Juan Davis who took my call. He is INFECTIOUS. Amazing young man who obviously enjoys his job. Everyone in the back also was just…. HAPPY.!’ I might just come in and sit to listen to their teamwork. Great job!! I swear I don’t know any of them. They just genuinely turned my mood around!!! Thanks Juan

Ashley and Jenna can't do there job right if you can make a simple pizza ask for help to learn how to make a pizza it's not hard to do that.., my pizza tasted like shit it definitely wasn't what I ordered I wanted a pretzel pizza not a regular pizza with cheese sauce and salt
