Goodluck getting anyone to help you there. They just stay in the back look at you and pretend you aren't there... Waited almost ten minutes just to finally get someone to take my order. Yesterday i ordered two pizzas, they told me 15minutes after 15 minutes they said its going thru the oven, another 6-8 minutes. I waited another 30!!!

my order got mixed up with someone else’s. i called up for a replacement They were very happy to do it! very kind. genuinely one of the nicest Little Caesars i’ve ever been to!

If I could give the girls that open the store today February 28th 2025 @1030am a review it would be generous of me to give her a 1 star. She absolutely had a terrible attitude, not answering the door for the fed ex worker. Shaking her head she wasn't answering the door! Shaking her head no to a paying customer whom gets a big order at the end of every month for their business. The doors was locked during business hours. The workers rolled their eyes and said no, not answering the door. Rude. So that big account will take their business elsewhere.

This particular spot you need to order ahead of time. They never have anything ready to go. Staff was average. Sometimes, the bread is not fully cooked.
Ordered through app. Went to pick up only one order of wings was prepared said it would be another 6 minutes for our second order. Took another 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile our pizza, one wing and crazy bread are getting cold. The employee at the counter was very nice apologetic for order being delayed. Manager on site was rude. Asked for sauce for crazy bread said it would cost more. Asked for my money back she denied a refund. Said I’d have to deal with the general manager who would be in on Sunday. Seriously food cold and management horrible. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Sad when management is abhorrently rude and unprofessional.

Food is typical of what to expect from Little Ceasars. I like the convenience of online ordering and being able to track the progress of my order from my phone. Make it easy to run errands and pick up my pizza when it's done. No waiting!
