Just a sad sandwich kind of night. I paid $20 for this. This is my fav sandwich! Normally it’s overflowing with meat and cheese and mayo and this was over baked, very limited meat (the roast beef that was on it was over baked and burnt), and very VERY dry. Hardly any mayo or cheese in sight. Idk what happened. Still my fav I’ll give this location another chance…bc when they get this one right, it’s AMAZING!!

We just brought home a steak grinder. Picked up a piece of meat to take a bite and it was not edible. I didn’t even get to chew. So we call in and you tasted it and tell us it’s fine. No this is not fine. This is our favorite treat to get ourselves when in town. For us to refuse to eat it says a lot. I will be there shortly you can eat the dang thing! You didn’t even try to solve the problem and we wasted money. So dinner is on us. See you shortly. Hope you enjoy your rotten grinder. ???? So Cheryl maybe someone needs to teach you what a manger’s job is. It’s not to be condescending towards my husband and tell him he’s wrong. You didn’t even offer to make another sub! you basically just took the money and ran. I expect you now to refund the money back. Smh…ridiculous. We won’t be back. Thank you for doing your job. Our pizza way overcooked. Very lite toppings little cheese, just an overall poor product. We didn't even finish it it went in the trash. Also (I wasn't too impressed with the owner) They have Styrofoam cups sitting out on the counter. I explained to her my husband and my elderly dad are broke down (which they were it's 80° in the shade), I'd like to get them a couple cups of ice for water. The owner told me that there would be a $2 charge for the cups. Empty.

My 9 inch sub was actually 7 inches with very little toppings. Staff were there to do the basic job and get paid, although they were there. This will probably be my last trip.
We walked into an empty dining area. They were training a new employee. My husband ordered the wings and I got a special ( small calzone )with one trip to the salad bar. The salad bar was not good. The pasta and potato salads were way too vinegary. The small calzone, though bigger then I thought it would be, was burnt to black on the outside and doughy on the inside. (I will finish cooking it at home). My husband was surprised his wings were good. Hopefully my experience is the exception and not the norm. Probably will not give a second chance.
