McDonald's is known for its friendly staff, with a manager who takes great care of customers. The restaurant is busy, but staff are willing to help, even with special requests. Employees are always helpful, with some standing out for their exceptional customer service. Randy took it a step further and showed why this is the best location by far. They were willing to make special order meals and provided very pleasant service. The Mocha Frappe could definitely be improved, but the overall experience is great and accurate.
