I would give zero stars if I could. I work fast food. Have for ten years. This is literally a disappointment in fast food. 15 minutes sitting at the window for my food. I watched their timer. 15 minutes prior to that was us sitting in line. When we finally got our food, with the very unfriendly DT person, we pulled slightly forward and my husband said he was missing food. I know its frowned upon to walk up to a DT window, but the hell was I going to wait another 10-15 minutes for them forgetting something. I waited outside that window another 5 minutes. I watched their the items being made and it was such a slow process. No rush in their steps. I understand it was 12:30am (believe me I didnt want to stop here, but my husband insisted). I can understand if there was a new person working. But even some friendlier service and communication would have made this experience a little better. Whoever is in charge if this store needs to take care of this. I am sure your corporate isnt too fond of 10-15 minute window timers. I know my job would be furious.
I will refuse to go here anymore. I havent had one good experience here. Workers are rude. Playing on their phones at the window. No manners. No smile. Food is either made wrong or is missing from the bag. Massive long wait times when there arent many cars in line. Its not worth stopping here.

Only giving five stars for Janis. My food and my husband's food were both wrong, but Janis is the most delightful person I've ever interacted with at a fast food restaurant! She made sure our food was fixed promptly and had great jokes and conversation. If it wasn't for her we probably wouldn't come back. You rock Janis!

Let me just say this: if the Clare, Michigan Taco Bell isn’t the eighth wonder of the world, then I don’t even want to know what the other seven are. I walked in craving a snack.. I walked out reborn. The moment I bit into that Crunchwrap Supreme, I saw my ancestors weep with approval. Somewhere, a bald eagle shed a single tear. The Baja Blast? That’s not a drink!! That’s a lifestyle!! That electric turquoise nectar must be siphoned directly from heaven. An employee handed me my order like he was delivering the Declaration of Independence. If Taco Bell ever starts a cult, I’m in. Just tell me where to sign my name. 5 stars. Two thumbs up. Standing ovation.

This is a Taco Bell and KFC together. We stopped planning to have KFC but the KFC was closed. Only the taco bell was open. There was no way of knowing this until my wife told the gentleman at the counter what she wanted off the KFC menu board. She was then informed KFC was closed.

All I ordered was fries and drinks...they didn't offer sizes for the fries and even though it was during lunch rush the fries they gave me were cold. They gave me the small fries and I had actually wanted a larger size. My kids and I were all disappointed.
Same problem as a few other people, my quesadillas barely had anything in them, and had zero quesadilla sauce
