I did an Internet order because I was short on time. I get to the restaurant there’s a huge line I get in. I get to the window my order still not ready. 15 minutes later I’m still sitting outside waiting for my order. They need a better process. irritated. Update: I just barely left with my order and guess what no sauces. Not even the ones I paid extra for. My food is thrown together and sloppy and I am beyond angry. It’s not rocket science.
Me and my wife placed an order for two beefy five layer burritos, fries and nacho cheese and a grilled cheese burrito. Unbelievably we got it less than 80 seconds later and it was great. Phenomenal service.
We ordered from the KFC & there was a young boy working. He was doing everything all by himself!! while all the girl workers were standing around talking & playing on there phones. We had a big order & he asked several of the girls numerous times to help get the sides of our order ready & got ignored by each & every one of them. He got no help from any of the girl workers!! He was doing EVERYTHING ALL BY HIMSELF!!
