Taco bell is quick and ive never had a problem with them. But I swear to it. The KFC portion of the store is cursed. If my friends and I go to get taco bell and we ONLY order Taco Bell menu items it goes perfectly. But EVERY, and I mean EVERY, single time we order even one KFC Item... something goes wrong. Missing items, incorrectly wrung up order, idek man. It's only if you order from the KFC though. I used to work in fast food so I understand where someone might side eye...
It was a busy time 6:15, so we had a little wait. Our spicy potato soft tacos were excellent but our cheesy bean and rice burritos were cold with crunchy rice. The servers were polite and one even took time to heat fresh apple pie bites for an older man. I appreciated being able to order in person and the lower prices at this Taco Bell.
Only giving five stars for Janis. My food and my husband's food were both wrong, but Janis is the most delightful person I've ever interacted with at a fast food restaurant! She made sure our food was fixed promptly and had great jokes and conversation. If it wasn't for her we probably wouldn't come back. You rock Janis!
