My all time favorite food but not just that the Clare location is the best location personally so delicious always fresh and hot hot to the touch so delicious great people who work there have never had a issue they didn't fix quick and professionally.

Clare Wendy's was the worst food ever. There was only 4 people. No one in drive threw. Fries were cold, fish sandwich the fish was paper thin and the strawberry vanilla swirl was all vanilla and very little strawberry. Consumer service was good. Other than that I will not eat there again.

the workers just seem very annoyed to be so honest. i work in customer service and couldn't imagine acting so mean. they were very rude & it's just disappointing every time.

Went in the other night for a late night quick dinner.. they were definitely having a huge rush but they forgot my fry & the doors were locked so I couldn’t go in I had to go around and nobody answered the drive through I seen the worker walking and asked her to get the item missing and she said there would be another wait.. it took about 40 min to get everything all said and done but she did throw us in a cookie each to make up for it! Great customer service :)

At 2:30 in the afternoon on March 15th the management in this place sucks. The manager kept yelling and degrading the staff. What manager can only handle 2 orders at a time on the screen. All the other employees was hustling and trying to get orders out. She was actually screaming from the other side of the kitchen telling the cashier to stop taking orders. Managers should be able to handle, guide, and support employees doing their best.
service was friendly but they forgot to put no bacon on my potato. my boyfriends fries were cold and stale. they were out of ranch and most of the sodas on the coke 360 machine.

Very disappointed with our visit. This was a drive-through visit. It had been a long day, and we were really looking forward to a Wendy's meal. Honestly, I would have taken the food back if my mother hadn't gotten sick from eating it. She wanted to just go home. Her potatoe looked like it had been made the night before. Her burger was 100% left over from the lunch rush. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with extra mayo. What i received is a totally different story. I'm really trying not to be petty here. But the first one out of the bag had a ripped top bun. This makes eating it messy. But, I ended up just putting this one to the side because I noticed the chicken patty... this was horrid! It appeared to actually look wrinkled. Like it had gotten cooked, then submerged in water for a long time, then sat under a lamp to dry. I figured i would throw this one away when I got home. So I grabbed the next one. This patty was literally half the size of the shriveled up first sandwich. Now, if you remember, I had asked for extra mayo. The only thing on this sandwich was a piece of lettuce. However, I was hungry so I felt I should just give it a try. I managed to get a bite off. This was so dry, I felt I was chewing a piece of leather. Look, Wendy's to us, really used to be a treat. This is the second time we have had a terrible experience at this clare Michigan store. This was really sad. A manager is desperately needed here. It seems to be the afternoon shift. I wouldn't normally write something like this. But I basically just blew over $60 on 2 pb & j's! Because we pay all this money to get sick, go home hungry, throw away the trash we just over paid for, and make my own sandwiches. Good luck to all that attempt to stop here without actually going inside to eat. If your food is for when you're out on the move, check it before you pull out and get back on the road!

Drive thru window slammed open but only half way. Maybe it is broken? No Hi the only greeting was $11.12. Ok I handed over my card. Window closed. Following that the window again opened but this time all of the way. Maybe it isn’t broken? Ok I reached for what was being handed back to me and it was my drink, straw and my card in one hand. My card was smushed under her hand between the straw and drink and she just looked at me. I stopped moving because I was honestly unsure how to successfully grab what she was “trying” to give me. So I just stopped and asked seriously? She sighed at me and said ok hold on. She rearranged her hand off and it was successful. And then with out another breath I was told please pull up to tho e door. I said ok. 10 min later same girl comes to the door and passes me my food. No words to me I just looked at her and said THANK YOU. She turned asked “all good” completely clueless. I said yep. I am disappointed but mostly w the service. The sandwich isn’t great either but better than the service at least.
