I went for lunch and had the 1/2lb perch. It was cooked right and very good. My server was Ashlyn, and had an enjoyable conversation with her. Everyone was friendly. Prices were average, or about the same as other area restaurants. The view is a bonus!

We went to the Eagles Nest because some of the weekly specials looked good, and they were. I ordered the smoked turkey grill cheese with sundried tomatoes from the new menu and my wife got the fried chicken Gordon bleu sandwich. Both were really good, and the fries were cooked to perfection – which I know doesn’t seem like a big thing, but they are half the plate. Served hot and golden brown they were great, a lot better than anyone else’s around. The new menu has been great...

The Eagles Nest food was, for me, pretty good with great fries. Chicken Shawarma was more like bbq with mid east spices. The beer selection was also a plus. Jake ( from State Farm?) was the very efficient server and he was really good.
Most of the place looked like they had it lit up for an operating room with bright LEDs but we got a dim corner which was more tolerable. All in all an ok but not great place. If you're in the neighborhood, it's a go.
