So far every time I have walked in here to order food it has always stood out that every single person that works here is happy, kind, helpful and patient. Some even remember the quirky way my children eat their sandwich. Thank you all for being so kind and inviting to your customers.

Unless you have all day to stand in line, I would not go there. The kids there have no clue what’s going on. Do not pay attention. I waited in line for 15 minutes. They started my sub and gave it to the guy in front of me. Walked out waisting 20 min of my day for a sub. Need more sub training.

Placed an online order and the app indicated that the order would be ready at 12:55. Arrived just before 1 pm. I told the young lady at the window my name and that I was there to pick up an online order. She couldn't find it. Asked if I was sure I was at the right location. I showed her the confirmation. She sighed and said she'd make it right away. Several minutes later, a young man brought an order to me, asked me if I was waiting for an online order and asked my name, then handed me the bag. In hindsight, I should've checked it before leaving to save me another 10 miles round trip because I was given the wrong order. I was offered NOTHING to compensate me for the inconvenience. I waited quite awhile to pick up my order the second time. I suspect that the car in front of me in line was waiting for them to remake the order that they had given me in error on my first trip.

I put in a party sub order 5 days In advance, the day I picked it up I was told the one person that could make it quit a couple days ago,so instead of calling me I paid for a total mess, this store is a nightmare of idiot's. Do not get anything you can't see them make.
