Sent my fiance and son up to get dinner. The workers put the Mac and cheese side in the bag but forgot the crispy chicken sandwich with cheese added meal. So I sent them back up to get it. The worker asked 2 different times about the cheese and then gives them the meal. They get home no cheese. Don't recommend going here they're clearly incompetent or too stoned to do their jobs. Dec 23rd 2025 around 7pm is when this occurred.

I always come late at night but every single time I’ve been here the staff is so friendly/kind and never seem pressed about doing their job which seems rare nowadays. Foods always hot n ready to roll

The food is garbage, specifically the chicken wraps. Chicken was hard, lettuce appeared to be discarded scraps. Will not be eating at Arby's again.

Placed a to-go order and it was completely wrong. I was running late so I didn't check it until I got to where I was going to have lunch only to find out nothing I ordered was inside the bag. I used the attached QR code to let Arby's know of the issue and I will not be visiting their location again. All they offered me was a free lunch voucher.

I'm so glad I spent $30 for food that was barely edible. I think I broke teeth on the crinkle cut fries , felt like I was chewing on bricks.. The crispy chicken sandwich was more like an un-chewable slab of rubber and the deli turkey sandwich was dry as hell, went to get a drink of my tea to wash that crap down but wait... they were completely out of tea as well. This location is a joke. If you like wasting money then this is the place for you, as for me, I will take my hard earned money somewhere else.
I rarely ever leave negative reviews but this location has certainly gone downhill. I tried going through the drive-thru on a Saturday around 3:40 and the person trying to take my order over the speaker kept asking me to repeat every single thing I ordered like they weren't listening. This is very frustrating. After about a minute of our back and forth I just gave up and told him never mind and left without ordering a single thing. This location could learn a lot from the location on Brown Road. That one never fails to deliver. From now on I'm just going to drive a little further to that one because they have their act together.
