Guy at the register is incompetent and doesn’t like to be helpful in any way i tried to add a kids milk to the order at the window and he said id have to pull around. 8:00 pm Monday 2/24

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I just installed the app and made an account for the first time and the dumb app would not let me use my debit card, so I had to start my whole order in person at the drive thru. The app originally was gonna give me $5 off my order but the manager refused to honor the discount or give me any other discount or coupon, in spite of me paying $57! and feeding my whole family! This also the first time I've eaten at Arby's in 3 years! The manager not only did not make me feel welcomed but also guaranteed that I will NEVER go back to this location! Also our sandwiches had ZERO sauce on them! And all my food was cold!

Not sure what's going on because this place is usually pretty good, No one taking dine-in orders, people saying it was slow, staff didn't acknowledge customers standing there for a while and started taking orders from drive thru instead.

Last two meals were not very good the roast beef was old and the fries
Went to get dinner for the kids, ordered a chicken sandwich, roast beef, and 4 piece mozzarella. Got home we had chicken nuggets, a three piece mozzarella and what I think was jalapeño popper.. called to be like you messed up our order Gen Z on the phone was Like OK and?? What a loser, you have the easiest job and still can’t do it.

The male at the drive-thru window taking orders should not be working with the public. When I also ordered the free curly fries along with a combo meal he gave an attitude and I had to explain the promotion to him. When pulling up to the window to pay he was so unpleasant and rude. Will avoid this location.
