Food and experience has been good in the past, but this time was definitely different. They locked the doors at least 2 hours prior to closing when all we had was a pick up order, and they had at least 2 workers in the building. Looks like the just wanted to get end-of-shift duties done early. By the time getting to the door and back to my parked car, a car pulled around in the drive through, and we waited at least 15 minutes for our food, that has already been ready as I arrived per the pick up time stated. The milkshake was completely melted, food was lukewarm-borderline cold by the time they could get to us. I've had great experiences in the past, but this was a miss this time.

Food and service were incredible. The 2 staff members went above and beyond with kindness as well. We were extremely happy with the Bacon Jam burger. We also got the Bunkhouse Bird sandwich....now this was amazing. Absolutely 5☆ sandwich. Highly recommend their food. Atmosphere was fine, just felt a little cold or teenage vibe to the decor. Overall an outstanding lunch spot and definitely recommend.

The food was delicious. We had the burger with cheese, and the onion rings were so crispy and delicious. Followed up with a strawberry milkshake for the win. There was not a lot of sitting room, but we came at a slow time. Def be back.

Third time having a burger and fries from here, but every single time something like fries doesn’t make it in my order. There needs be more staff as drive thru line is very long. Also if they miss something from your order GOOD LUCK getting ahold of anyone to answer the phone.
