Worst food I've paid for in a while. Ribs in photo. I've eaten chicken shack for 40 years. What I had tonight was absolutely horrible. I don't even understand how you could possibly mess it up that bad. Greasy, burnt, dry, and old tasting. Corporate definitely needs to check-in on Clarkston.

I got reheated Chicken was so dry and the broasted potatoes were reheated as well , for 14 dollars it was an awful meal
I can't believe this place is still open.. I drove all the way from Auburn hills just to buy a rib dinner that had no butter on the potatoes and absolutely no sauce on the ribs whatsoever... Absolute worst experience I should have just stayed going to Pontiac where they will take your money seriously and treat your food like it's important... Allowing children that don't know what they're doing to run your business is a very bad thing... I'll be seeking a refund I don't want to hear thank you for my feedback I want my money

Wife came home with chicken and potatoes. Both were clearly fried twice to rewarm old food that had sat around. So much oil it seeped through the containers and onto the car floor.
Took one bite and oil burst out like a gusher fruit snack. Super nasty.
Save your money.

You could tell that everything here (the lobby, tables, bathroom) hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The food was terrible. I only ate it because we spent so much on it ($13 for a 3pc chicken tender meal). They definitely missed the mark.

Pine Knobs bathrooms after a whole concert were cleaner than this whole place. The card machine was even encrusted in who knows what. The bathroom was the worst public bathroom I've ever been in.
Now the food was disappointing, too. Do they even use seasoning? It was bland, underwhelming, and would have been more satisfying to get McDonalds before the show.
We really like the Bloomfield Hills location but this one is closer to home. In the last couple of years, the 40 piece chicken bites have really gotten bad… we spent nearly $70 for chicken bites and 4 sides because our fridge is out of commission at the moment. The chicken bites are so burned and crispy, I thought I was going to chip my tooth on the bites.. they’re tiny, dry & so crunchy… either cook them less time or make them bigger. The lady that was at the encounter didn’t even so much as say hello.. I said, Hello, I have a pick up order for Anna..” and the young lady mumbled something I could not even understand and pushed the bag at me, and walked away. Poor service- poor chicken. The sides were fine.

Ribs were very dry & tough. Couldn’t find my order when I arrived. Employee at counter didn’t speak up or annunciate. Couldn’t tell what he was saying. It’s the worse we have ever had from this location. I’m not sure if new mgt, owner???
