We came in between lunch and dinner. We were cheerfully greeted. Ordering went quickly. About the deluxe Butter Burger: bun was too dry and overly toasted. The meat was very thin and dry. Cheese wasn't melted. Burger wasn't hot. LTOP and mayo helped a lot. Fries were good.

We had an amazing experience at this Culver's!! Constumer service was Amazing !!Gaby Lauren and Conner we're all awesome! Between taking our order, looking out for my little one, chatting with us and just being really really nice!! It definitely made us feel comfortable there and we will most definitely be back!!
During covid this changed and wasn't the same experience 🙄 but think that they're getting back to it..

I didn't even want to give this place a 1 star. First and foremost I'd like to make it clear that if you're going to work in customer service don't have disgusting and abusive behavior. To the woman who works with her mother in law, honey I feel oh so sorry for you that you have to have her in your life and let alone work with her. Being told by en employee that, in her words " I can say rude comments to whoever I want to. " is absolutely appalling. My friend and I where waiting for our order when I had showed her a video off of TikTok, the woman who looks 70 years old came up and screamed at me saying " You think it's funny coming in 2 minutes before 10? " I was so shocked as we were innocently laughing at something that had nothing to do with whatever she was concerned about. She then stormed off. Once her daughter in law came and delivered our food we had voiced the verbal abused we had just experienced by this older woman. She immediately came hobbling around the corner and came verbally abused us even more to the point that her daughter in law had to tell her to " be quiet mom I can handle this." That was when the old woman told us she is allowed to be rude to anyone she wants and proceeded to hobble back into the kitchen area. When we called the store after we had left the store manager didn't care what had happened and we were basically dismissed. This behavior from employees is gross and uncalled for, I'd thought someone as old as she is she'd know how to behave. Maybe something to take in consideration for this employee is not to be working in a fast food restaurant at closing time. Do better !

Just went to the drive thru ordered a vanilla shake and a small unsweetened ice tea with lemon got no ice warm no lemon tea almost spit it out called person tried to blame it on me really not good

I’m a regular at Culver’s and really appreciate their friendly service and good food, which is why I keep coming back. However, I’m giving three stars because of a recurring issue with their frozen custard. Almost every time, there’s custard smeared on the side of the cup or cone, which makes it hard to enjoy without a mess.
Today was a good example – I ordered a cone, and it was already dripping down the sides when they handed it to me. There was no way I could eat it in my car cleanly, so I had to ask for a cup instead. Also, it would be nice if they offered napkins with desserts, considering the likelihood of spills.
I’ll keep visiting Culver’s, but I hope they take this feedback to heart and improve how they handle custard orders.

Food is always hot when you get it. It's a bit greasy. People that work there always seem overall happy and greet you with a smile. Root beer floats are always great.
