I placed a very large order every day to be picked up at a specific time the next morning for one week. We had a big event at Oakland Family Services in Pontiac (Gifts of Hope) and we needed food for our volunteers. The staff were very kind and our order was correct and on time each day!

Me and my dad come almost every night and usually are greeted by the night shift employees. Our service is always great and the conversation are always welcoming and I look forward to going every day! It’s the highlight of my day, maybe more coffee rolls made by the Dunkin’ Donuts store itself? And coconut donuts, then Food would be a 5/5!

This place just cant seem to make a consistent iced coffee with light ice. Everything's always too sweet and syrupy or way too much ice. How hard is it?

I waited at the counter just for 2 donuts for 10 minutes plus and when your waiting at the counter they just act like your not even there. When I order pickup it takes at least 25 minutes no matter what. Customer service could use some work to say the least and never over estimate this dunkin location. 😞

Ordered a black coffee, and there was a teaspoon worth of coffee grounds in the cup I was given. Nothing like getting halfway through your coffee and getting a mouthful of coffee grounds while driving. Why pay a premium price for coffee when the quality is absolute garbage? Will not be going back.

I usually don’t get terrible service but this morning was a different story. The girl taking our order was more and more annoyed when we added things to our order. Very unfriendly. I guess ordering a few items is too much. Forgot to give us the milk we ordered and stuck my munkins with the chocolate frosted donuts. All the munkins covered in frosting. Stated that the munkins now corporate changed the rules and don’t give you a box anymore. Not sure if that’s really a thing. Can at least put in a separate bag. Just pure lazy and rude. Condescendingly stated have a nice day when we left. Won’t be coming back.

Okay, so this Dunkin is Normally really good, but the other day I ordered a hot pistachio latte and one of the staff members brought out the drink cold, I said, “oh I ordered that hot, can you please make me a warm one?” Then she said, “well I made it cold?” So they she went back and heated up the cold drink, and it had a weird crunchy taste to it, it was disgusting, so I opened the lid and the drink was completely gross

This location makes the best iced coffees. They are not watered down and the staff have improved their timeliness since they opened. I’m never disappointed with my coffee or service at this location.
