This place never had cinnamon raisin bagels. I order on the app go there and they never have my sandwich ready because they don't have cinnamon raisin so they don't make it at all. This is very frustrating as it makes me late for work. I go here often and it's often the same result. Sometimes last week for example I order online go to the store to pick the order up and the place isn't even open. It let's you order but no one is at the store to make the food. This results with being late to my destination, being inconvenienced as I have to get food elsewhere, also is a rip off because I pay for food that I never receive. Unacceptable

Horrible bathroom see attached photos.
Dust everywhere all over cups and above food prep areas. Unfortunately you can't tell me it's only one day of dust this is purely a neglected store.

The Drink was the worst I've had . It was made careless and tasted more like a water with some coffee flavor and a little flavor so little it was non-existent. Packed full of ice so half the drink you would get anywhere else. Again I know they fill the cup with ice but usually it's not packed in the way this one was.
However the guy making the drink's seemed to hate everyone walking in the store. And scowled while making drinks.

With several other options for coffee in a close enough vicinity that I would not ever support this store again.

Honestly idk how they could pass a health inspection. Food is to be taken seriously and any establishment not upholding standards needs to not receive our support. Because that's your hard earned money they are stealing from you by not giving you a better experience.

half filled coffee every time I order I get large lattes. I always take pictures of them before even drinking any and it’s always half way full. ? DO BETTER DUNKIN

Workers were having a whole conversation while taking my order very rude. They gave me my wrap frozen. I didn’t see if they warmed it up but I got it cold. Won’t be going to this location anymore.

This is by the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought donuts and coffee for my employees using a company credit card. No receipt was ever given. I went back up to the store and spoke to Randy who told me he was the franchise owner. Randy said that he had no way to reprint the receipt. I then called the corporate customer service phone number and it only got worse. The customer service rep told me that Randy had lied to me and that he could print the receipt. He then continued to ask for my phone number so that Randy could get in contact with me to resolve the matter. I told him that if what he said was true then Randy would just lie again and I would never get my receipt. The customer service rep said that since it was a franchise there was no way for him to get my receipt even though he was able to look up my order. I asked to speak to his boss as this made no sense and he refused to transfer me to anyone else. I was extremely irritated. I gave him my number but Randy never called. I emailed corporates customer service email and got a response almost immediately from Jean the “Customer Relations Coordinator” asking what number I had contacted for corporate so she could look up the case #. I replied with an hour and almost 2 months and multiple emails later I have yet to receive a response from her. This is beyond frustrating! Lied to by the franchise owner, ignored by 2 different “customer service reps” from corporate and I should have been given a receipt when I was there in the first place. I will never use any Dunkin Donuts again!

I wish I would’ve read the review below mine or I wouldn’t have ordered. The exact same situation, I door dashed hot chocolate and a bagel to my work. The hot chocolate was disgusting. Completely watered down with a nestle hot coco packet most likely and Luke warm at best.

I door smashed from here this morning. My hot chocolate is basically warm water. Then I tried calling and the phone is disconnected. Doordash won't do anything because they don't make the food and beverages.

Disappointed. This is coming from a 3+ year barista. My mom came in to grab a drink and she’s not a coffee person so she didn’t know what exactly to get. The employees were unwilling to help her figure out what to order. Which is sad because as the barista you are the expert and should understand that it is YOUR job to help the customers learn how they should order what they want. She then asked for avocado toast and the girl working snapped at her and said “you need to wait a minute” (Septum piercing). I know all that’ll come from this a manager and the employees saying “that didn’t happen” or they’re going to make some sort of excuse as to why it’s okay to treat people like this. But as someone who’s been a barista for years you should’ve and could’ve done better. It may make sense to you because you are an employee, imagine you walk in somewhere excited to try something new and you get treated like this, you wouldn’t go back either. Perhaps a smile guys, it’s part of the job :)

Extremely unhelpful. I ordered 2 dozen doughnuts and 2 boxes of coffee for my meeting to serve 20 people. Everything was ready when I arrived but I was told they do not have any cups for my coffee. My question was, "How are my people supposed to drink the coffee and how are you still able to serve coffee?" I was told to go down the street to Dollar General and buy my own cups. They would not even give me cups used for individual orders. Staff did not care and sent me on my way. I think the staff should go to Dollar General and stock up to serve paying customers. Customer service and care was completely absent. I bring my clients DD at least 3x/week and I assure you, I will never use this location again.
