Been here at least a dozen times in the last few years. Today’s experience was by far the worst. Ordered drinks and guac…drinks came quick but had to ask for the guac after waiting 35 min. Finally ordered food after our waitress was MIA for at least 20 min. All three of us ordered burritos. Today they were bland and had zero flavor would be an understatement. They were also STUFFED with beans like I’ve never seen here. Cost cutting measure? Rice was dry and almost crunchy and side of beans also had zero taste. Soda ordered was served in a glass chipped in 3 places. This place used to be good but not anymore.

I always get the rice bowl with hot chicken, it's a mouthgasm.

Food is great, especially the salchipapas. The bar side unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired. The bartenders aren’t very friendly and seem like they would rather be anywhere else.

My husband and I have been looking to try this place. We finally came in today. It was a little busy but not too crazy. We came in and were seats inside since there was a 20 minute wait outside. Our server Sydnee was great. We went with the rice bowl. I picked the not so hot chicken for my bowl while my husband picked the hot chicken one. The portions are pretty big. The food was delicious. All the toppings went so well together. It was like a little party in my mouth. I also ordered the union Mac and cheese for my side while my husband ordered the Brussels sprouts. I’m not the biggest fan of Brussels sprout but they were pretty crunchy and okay. The Mac and cheese was amazing! The top was super crunchy while the inside was very creamy and cheesy. I order some homemade donuts to go. Looking forward to having those later. Overall, we had a great experience and plan to come back. The parking lot is very small and cramped but there is parking pretty much everywhere.

This place is awesome. Garage doors allow for a good breeze and welcome environment. Staff was friendly and attentive. Best burrito I’ve had in a long time. Tacos were also phenomenal. The beans were superb! Highly recommend

We love all the Union restaurants, but Honcho in particular we've made somewhat of a routine! I love the coffee shop in the morning, as well as their selection of freshly roasted coffee. As a coffee guy, having fresh roasted coffee in my neighborhood is hard to beat. We also love the food during their main hours, their tacos and drinks are hard to beat.

We ordered the enchilada soup and an enchilada meal was brought to us.
We told the server, we said soup.
He said this is just like it, you'll love it.

I am giving 3 stars only because the place seems nice and coffee was good. it has an interesting theme, and good location and parking lot available. The food was too salty. The service was poor - by accident the waiter threw water in the floor and didn't come back to clean it, he didn't come by to ask or see if we needed anything, and they seated us at the worst table in a small corner when the restaurant was empty.

First, the margaritas are terrific here, some of the best I've had. As far as the food goes, though, there is room for improvement. The beans are whole and not refried and a bit tasteless, and they serve it with unseasoned white rice that is very dry and crunchy. My entrée of enchiladas was okay but seemed to lack the flavor and authenticity I've experienced at other Mexican themed restaurants. One plus, though, is there guacamole with avocado and peas is very good ...

Great Mexican street food. When it comes to the Magaritas, be sure to ask for the “spicy salt” ;)
