Placed our delivery 6:39pm called the store at 7:35 to see where my order was spoke with Jermey who was extremely rude told him i was upset our food was late as it was supposed to be there within 40 mins. As soon as I explained to him why I was upset he hung on me. Of course I called right back asked for a manager and got Keagan who assured our order would be to us within the next 10 mins his delivery driver was running slightly behind okay no big deal. Here it is now 7:50 still no pizza so I call Keagan back who tells me theres nothing he can do to just wait it’ll be here when it gets here and refuses to refund my pizza tells me if I want a refund or to complain to contact the store manager in the morning. I again tell him I’m extremely annoyed my pizza has taken an hour and half to get here to just refund me just to be told there’s nothing he can do it’ll show up when it shows up. Our pizza finally shows up at 8:10!!!!! Almost 2 hours after ordering and of course it’s made incorrectly and cold. If I could give 0 stars I would! I guess if I had something good to say about tonight’s experience at least it was cooked. Horrible experience, horrible rude staff. Hopefully the owner does a turnover and has someone other then teens run his shop.

Decided to try Hungry Howies for the first time after getting a gift card (with activation reciept). Tried paying with the gift card, but they could not process it and blamed their new computer system. They did not offer any advice or do anything to help, just required full payment on my credit card and left me with a useless gift card.

Pizzas are always reliable and good. The app is ALWAYS terrible. How in this day and age HH still has a terrible non-working app is ridiculous. Can’t imagine how many customers have been lost because they can’t make their app work.

Makes me wonder about these one star reviews, feels like if these were "real", I would have gotten a bum deal once in awhile, but I never have.Owner seems to want to answer for bad experiences, which is rare.I like this place, and the pizza is good..
