We use this JM location frequently. Restaurant, service and ease of pickup are all good. But today , I just had a Big Kahuna cheesesteak that the meat was substandard. It was the consistency and flavor of coarse ground meat, not thinly sliced steak. I’m not sure if it was a “bad” batch of steak or if they are cutting costs, but if this happens again, I’ll go to another store.

Had a delivery pickup, eta was for it to be ready at 1.55pm, i went into the store at 1:57 after waiting for 10min in parking. No customers, 3 ppl standing around, and they hadn't even bothered started cooking or making the sandwich yet

I just want to start by saying I LOVE Jersey Mikes and I have for years now. But for the last six months to a year, the Clarkston location has really gone downhill. Every time that I order from this location, whether it is pick up or delivery I am either missing items or my order is incorrect. I have even stood in the line at the store to order and have still had to correct staff for making the incorrect sandwich. It seems to me like the customer service and staff can’t be bothered or just don’t care enough to make food correctly. I get Jersey Mike’s usually one to two times a month and I get the same exact thing every time. For reference I get a number for Mike’s Way on Rosemary Parm bread and add mayo, pickles, and banana peppers, which I don’t feel like is that difficult. Today I ordered from Jersey Mike’s and I got my normal sandwich the same way I get it every time, but the sandwich that I received was not a number four did not have banana peppers and for some reason they put bacon on it. When I tried to call the store, I dialed multiple times and no one ever picked up. It is extremely disappointing and frustrating and I hope that they find a way to fix the issues going on there soon before they lose my business.

Not accepting online orders again and not answering the phone...

Today was disappointing as every other time I’ve been to this location everything was great. I guess they ran out of bread today and after me and one other woman walked in they locked the door and put a sign on the window saying they were sorry for the inconvenience, as one should. This was around 2-2:30pm. A few people came in as customers were exiting and a couple of the girls working were very rude and aggressive and nearly yelled “we don’t have bread!” And then stormed to the back. This happened 2 or 3 times and I was quite appalled at the tone that was used towards customers. There were multiple other polite ways to let them know they couldn’t accept any more orders, but raising their voices wasn’t it.

Brittany was horrible I will put word out to make sure anybody i know will not ever come to the restaurant

My husband and I love Jersey mikes but this might be the worst one I’ve ever been to. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. The people working there treat everyone with disrespect and don’t care about the food they are serving. The subs are awful. The bread is always undercooked. I recently went to the branch in Waterford and was shocked on the quality in food compared to this one. I will no longer be coming here. Corporate needs to look into this branch asap.
