We use this JM location frequently. Restaurant, service and ease of pickup are all good. But today , I just had a Big Kahuna cheesesteak that the meat was substandard. It was the consistency and flavor of coarse ground meat, not thinly sliced steak. I’m not sure if it was a “bad” batch of steak or if they are cutting costs, but if this happens again, I’ll go to another store.

The worst of the locations I’ve been to. I always place my order online, and still have to wait. Today was 6 minutes, it would’ve been a 4 minute wait but they put online orders behind the counter instead of on the online order rack. Every other store uses the rack. Mentioned to the cashier who was already working her tail off. I won’t be back to this location.

Jaxon is awesome I asked to have him make my sub because he's the best at it but his manager Mia was so RUDE and NASTY to me when I asked for him to make it. I asked three times and she through a fit over it. She should NOT be managing there if you they want to keep people coming there.
