Ordered a tuna lettuce wrap with cucumbers. Received a ham, salami, onions, dressing......no tuna. Totally a diff order. Drove home to find out it was wrong.Couldnt get thru on the phone.

I was working across the street at Kroger literally a two minute walk and it took over an hour to get 3 sandwiches delivered and the toasted one was cold and sucked bc of it!!! I usually love jimmy johns I called and they told me they were done and they would run them right over and I still waited another 45 minutes….

I would give zero stars if I could because I received zero service. I walked in and there were 4 employees. Only two were doing something useful. The other two were standing around doing nothing. Besides a hello from one guy, there was no acknowledgement of me by the other team members. I stood there at the counter for nearly 2 minutes. Nothing. Nobody said anything to me. Nobody said we'll take your order when you're ready or anything like that. Nothing at all.
Usually the service is okay, and the prices are a little high, but the food is almost always good. This is unacceptable. Looks like I won't be doing business here anymore, because I'm not worth the time of day to them.
Many times when I went there in the past the employees were cursing at each other and it was a very unpleasant environment. It seemed like that might have improved, but apparently not.

I believe the team working are trying their best, but it takes 15 minutes to get a sandwich from the drive through. Also @owner fix the dang speaker in the drive through comms box. Also also pay your staff fairly and don't ask customers to make up the difference with a tip by requiring a signature on CC receipts.

#4 add cheese and cucumber. I had to add my own tomatoes because they were left off. This is the skinniest JJ sandwich I've EVER gotten. I don't see myself returning here anytime soon.
I ordered online today and not even two minutes later someone from this store calls me to tell me that they've been busy and whoever didn't make enough tuna. So why make it? It's not difficult to make,it seems a bit lazy to me. In 2 hours time,you run out of tuna? I won't be ordering from this location anymore

Ordered today at 12:05, order arrived at 1:35. No straws, no napkins. The explanation by the store personnel was “we’ve been really backed up and it takes a minute.” An hour and a half is a bit more than a minute for three sandwiches! It would have been nice to receive an update stating our order would be delayed in case we would like to make changes.

This location is the worst location I’ve ever been to. I used to work for jimmy johns and there is zero sense of urgency. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes one time start to finish. The bread is burnt almost every time. Do not come to this location.
