Ordered a tuna lettuce wrap with cucumbers. Received a ham, salami, onions, dressing......no tuna. Totally a diff order. Drove home to find out it was wrong.Couldnt get thru on the phone.

I was working across the street at Kroger literally a two minute walk and it took over an hour to get 3 sandwiches delivered and the toasted one was cold and sucked bc of it!!! I usually love jimmy johns I called and they told me they were done and they would run them right over and I still waited another 45 minutes….
I would give zero stars if I could because I received zero service. I walked in and there were 4 employees. Only two were doing something useful. The other two were standing around doing nothing. Besides a hello from one guy, there was no acknowledgement of me by the other team members. I stood there at the counter for nearly 2 minutes. Nothing. Nobody said anything to me. Nobody said we'll take your order when you're ready or anything like that. Nothing at all.
Usually the service is okay, and the prices are a little high, but the food is almost always good. This is unacceptable. Looks like I won't be doing business here anymore, because I'm not worth the time of day to them.
Many times when I went there in the past the employees were cursing at each other and it was a very unpleasant environment. It seemed like that might have improved, but apparently not.

I believe the team working are trying their best, but it takes 15 minutes to get a sandwich from the drive through. Also @owner fix the dang speaker in the drive through comms box. Also also pay your staff fairly and don't ask customers to make up the difference with a tip by requiring a signature on CC receipts.
