I got the Chicago style pizza and cheesy bread. the dough was soggy and the cheesy bread tasted like pure salt. The service and atmosphere were great. For over $40 dollars I was hoping to have loved it. :/

We did a large catering order with Krave including salads, subs, breadsticks, chicken and pizza. Everything was delicious and all of our guests were happy. They were friendly to work with, made good suggestions, and had the order ready on time. We plan to go with Krave again for our next party.

Their quality and customer service have drastically diminished. Used to love this place when I first moved here but every time I’ve been there they mess up my order and the gentlemen taking orders has been extremely rude.
I would like to add you were the one that was extremely rude in the phone. I mean you literally hung up on me. Right after I told you my issues with wrong orders lately. Sounds like you were having a bad day and just took it out on me and my husband. We have supported your business for over a year and this is how you treat your customers. I appreciate you giving me a refund but that does not make everything ok. I hope you can use your own advice and offer more kindness and grace. I will never be coming back here after the way you treated us.

We had an amazing catering experience for a large party. The delivery was perfectly on time (10 mins early). They set everything up and brought extra equipment and sauces! Now the food was delicious ! The antipasto salad was hands down the best I have had. The pizzas are stacked with toppings and cooked perfectly. The pastas are so good and flavorful. Even the boneless chicken wings were crispy and delicious! Everyone at the party was so impressed with the food. It was an excellent experience! We will go back and would recommend to anyone!

Your post comparing another family business to yours was revolting. As was your pizza. Bland, doughy, too many toppings, I could go on. Your entire atmosphere has high school bully stink clouding the nose.
Ordered large round pizza with following topping, red onions, green pepper, black olives, diced tomatoes and jalapeño pepper. It was one of the best pizza we have ever had. They had generous amount of topping and they were carefully distributed over the whole pizza. I have never seen any pizza that was so well made. The pizza crust was perfect and it tasted delicious. We all enjoyed the pizza and the garlic bread with cheese. We will be back again for more. Thank you, Krave team.

The vegan cheese was Outstanding! I thought my pizza days were over, but my husband and I both Loved our vegan pizza! It was loaded with toppings that were delicious and fresh and the sauce was amazing. Ryan was helpful and very Friendly. Our first order experience was great. We will definitely be back. Thank you for offering gluten and vegan options!
