I was at this location the other day and the very kind and Curtious lady named Lisa took my order. She was thorough and beyond gracious to me. Her demeanor never wavered, and she has great multi-tasking skills. We also have alot in common in our faith in Christ Jesus. It was so refreshing to be greeted by a fellow Christian that loves the Lord. This lady deserves a raise. She is definitely one of a kind and I do hope her employer does not take her for granted. Thank you again Lisa for your hospitality and loving nature. May God continue to bless you in all areas of your life. ❤️

Here's the new pizza location for myself and all of my people. Great service today, came in to pizza's HOT AND READY! and there not old. Nice and fresh. Good job! Avoid Walton and Dixie location. Unsanitary to say the least 👀🤢

I see a lot of issues with this Little Caesars and I understand both the good and the bad. I'll give everybody a little tip when it's an all male staff. Not that I'm one of those people, but I'm telling you when it's an all male staff. You'll usually see this one guy at the counter with a mask on. Every time I get stuff when that guy's working. Everything's terrible.. But there is a very nice lady that works there. I think part-time but every time she's working everything's on point hot delicious. Ready to go... Anybody that goes there on a regular will understand exactly what I'm saying. She's a very nice lady and she's always friendly and willing to get everything hot and right and ready to go. I really wish I know your name and to be perfectly honest as I'm writing this review. Next time I'm in there I will ask your name and I will edit this and put it in the review. Every time you're working, it's delicious!

No one answers the phone to receive orders and when I arrive to place an order in person all 3 reps are socializing and the one at the counter ignoring the ringing phone, was ironically on her phone.

This place has always had good pizza. My son loves it but you can almost never call in before. Last time my husband told a manager the phones weren't working and he said no they just shut them off when they are busy. Kinda weird to me, I've never heard of a pizza place shutting off phone because its too busy

This is right down the road from me so it's convenient, but it's terrible. They never answer phones, ever. They used to blame it on peak hours, but it's all of the time, we ordered dinner after 8! My pizza and slices and Stix (pictured) were not sliced at all, it was a full unsliced pizza. I didn't want a refund, we still ate it, just wanted to make them aware of this issue. But as usual, 3 calls and no answers.

Lisa at this location works pizza miracles! I needed 15 pizzas for our office, all custom pies. Lisa made it happen in 20 minutes! *a small segway; I called the Walton location first; they told me it'd take 1.5 hours; they got my order wrong, had to call their manager to see if they could even make the pizzas; what a potential nightmare I avoided. Go to the Sashabaw location like I did and Lisa will take fantastic care to make sure you're happy with your order!
