I can’t believe they screwed up french fries went to the drive-through gave them my code. They said it wasn’t in the system. Got a new code gave them that code. They said the same thing it’s not in their system. They can’t help and there’s nothing they could do. This location sucks

This is hands down one of the best McDonalds I've ever visited. The food was prepared so fast it was to us before we even fully say down, everything was fresh and in stark contrast with the service we very oftenly receive at most chain fast food locations it was accurate, nothing missing or misprepared. Workers were very friendly and the restaurant dining room and play place was pretty clean.

I use the app to order my breakfast or lunch and each time I go through the drive thru they have always been welcoming and kind. My food has been fresh each time as well. Keep up the good work 👍

Great service. Came through the drive thru for breakfast. Order was fresh off the press. Service was nice and polite
l attempted to get a replacement meal for an order on 2/19 when I was charged twice for my meal. At the time the manager said no, just come back and IlI give it to you. Since I wasnt in the area often, l attempted this on the 13 date above. I called first to set up the transaction, and she told me to just come to the window. The woman, a heavy set Hispanic woman with poor command of English, proceeded to give me a hard time and was extremely rude and very low class in her behavior. I had my bank statement to prove I was charged twice since the original order lacked a receipt. She mocked me and screamed things at me from inside the drive thru window. Meanwhile lots of cars were behind me so the whole situation was getting worse. Finally she got the order together and handed it through the window. Meanwhile she was ridiculing me in Spanish and laughing at me, which I couldn't understand. As I left since I had been mocked so much, o flipped her off which she met with gales of laughter. Being an educated retired English teacher, Ive never been treated and mocked so horribly. Im not proud, but this was an intolerable situation. I have gone to this McDonalds for at least 25 years but now will never go again to this one.

This place has messed up my order so many times. This last time, not only did they almost forget to give me my milkshake (I had to remind them) but they also forgot my mcdouble! From my mcdouble meal!! And I specifically said no mustard on another burger, and there was what seemed to be like extra mustard. How do you mess up that bad?! Get better people.
