Absolutely horrible this place needs to find better people with better service I come here daily and nothing ever gets better yesterday was the last straw the general manager is HORRIBLE RUDE AND COULDNT BE POLITE TO SAVE HER LIFE!!!

Got my usual, the $5 value meal deal (which was $6 for the McDouble) and a mini McFlurry. Not a fan of the whole kiosks, but aside from that the service was good. They forgot my fry but it was also busy so I didn’t mark that against them. The food was all up to par, so no complaints there. I did wish they hadn’t got rid of the drink fountains. The interior had some good seating and I like that the dining room was broken into sections for a homey layout. I will say that it did feel very sterile and I felt like I was in an IKEA or some hip coffee place instead of a restaurant. I did like the old photos they had hanging and wished they were bigger. The music was generic copyright free stuff and was a little loud, creating an oddly calming yet slightly unsettling vibe. The TV in the dining area was off as well. I did not see the bathrooms or playplace so not much to say about that. Overall I felt like I was in some fruitier aero dreamscape born out of an IKEA. It was kind of calming and nostalgic, yet felt very corporate. A neat little place to take a break from the world, have a nice bite to eat, and be thankful for the little pleasures in life.

Come here usually in the morning. Every. Single. Time. When I get a coffee they have me pull up to a drive thru and I sit there for no less than 15 minutes. Every single time. Today I asked for a refund if I had to pull up, they argued with me and would not give me my money back. Fought with me to pull to another spot and promised it would be 5 minutes. I wasn’t trying to give anyone a hard time, just didn’t have time for this stuff this morning and it’s just weird they wouldn’t just give me a refund.

Couldn't make our coffee and iced vanilla coffee made like I ordered! Waitress argued it was when it.
Also does not offer steak on English or on mcgriddles like others, just a few miles away.

This is hands down the worst McDonald in the area!!!! Drove threw the drive threw today and ordered breakfast when I got home I realized I did not have half my order, I tried to call but no answer so I drove back to McDonalds and whent in the store , I stood at the counter and was ignored I asked to speak to a manager when she came around the corner she asked how she could help me, I explained what the issue was and she walked away from me very rudely about 5 minutes later a worker walks up to me with a sandwich in his hands and then walked away. Very very rude!!!!! No apology very very poor customer service.

Kids realized the refill fountain drink was gone.ade a few changes at there cash counter. Long as they still give free glass of water there still getting my business. The play area has changed a little but still great n I tell other about this place. I myself don't eat there food over a year ago. I had a hamburger n I bite into it n it was done or something no taste I felt I have bet into a bunch of Grease. Play my grandkids there. I will not rate the food since I don't eat it

Why get got rid of the self serve drink area??Now you have to stand in line forever just to get napkins, ketchup, refills, or anything you need. No customer service. They are very irritated when you need anything. Bring your own ketchup/sauces and salt if you’d like to eat your food before it gets cold.

Game pieces for Monopoly not there or in app. I ordered off the menu for Monopoly. I think employees taking the wrappers switch them with the non monopoly wrappers which isn't cool when we picked from the monopoly Menu to get a chance to win prizes. This is the second time this has happened. Not cool to your customers and our order with the McMuffin had egg shells in it.

I ordered thru the app and was going to pick it up in the drive thru, the was an error with the payment but took the money out of my account anyway. Trying to contact McDonald’s customer service is not even an option as there’s basically no available contact info. They offer calling the restaurant directly and I attempted that several times. It’s their fax number not the contact number for this location. I’ve been charged for my food that I never received and even lost the points I used to get a free burger. I’m so irritated at the whole situation and just deleted the app. I’m over it 😤 I’ll just go to Wendy’s.

Went here late night, had to wait after getting quite a bit of food. Understood that. But being charged and missing the most expensive item we asked for and paid for was missed. RIP 20 piece nug
