Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt

I love Menchie’s but not this location. My daughter accidentally dropped one of the tongs on the ground, I handed it to the worker since it obviously needed to be washed - I watched her barely rinse it off at the little sink with some water and put it back. GROSS. Ruined it for me, will not be back

Not many flavors..the one I came for sf chocolate was liquid. The girl working look like she could have cared less.
The place was dirty, counter tops had toppings all over then scale had melted ice cream on it.
Haven't been there in a while, use to do alot...not sure I'll go back after this visit.

My low score is solely based on the incredibly rude employee. Last night, 6/29/25, at 8:50 P.M., we went into the Menchi's in Independence Twp. Knowing it was late and almost closing time, I had all intentions of hurrying.

Getting there, it just so happened, I was one of four people who walked in together. No other customers were there, and no one ever came in while we were there. Immediately, the young woman employee spewed at the first lady to enter to hurry up because it was time to close. The next two people in front of me were a couple. They asked about waffle cones. The employee told them there were none. I thought that the waffle cones were made fresh per order, but I could be wrong because this was only the second time I have been there and neither time have I ordered a waffle cone. Quickly, I made my choice and went to check-out. Unknowingly, I put my cup on the wrong weigh scale. With a scowl and bare hands, the woman picked up my cup by its lip and moved it to the other scale which had an open register. As I was paying, she picked it up again in the same manner to remove my cup from the scale. Her actions indicating for me to quickly leave. I did tell her to stop touching my cup like that with her bare hands. We were all out by 9:00. We and the couple that went into the store were outside eating our treats and talking about how this employee was so incredibly impolite. They said that every other time they have been there that the employees were kind and friendly. This being only the second time I have been there, makes it a tie for me.

I paid out dollars four dollars out of pocket and rest on the card Credit card supposed to, 9.06 dollars
And nobody cannot speak English up there at all , more then once’s had too on my bill. I never go back again , they lost my business math should be simple half cash and half cards

Came here for dessert. Im glad they had sample cups which allowed me to choose a flavor. Great toppings and overall a pleasant experience. The workers are kind, friendly, and overall helpful! Will be back!

Pretty good frozen yogurt. Like the sugar free one with monk fruit. Seems like the price has gone up tho. Don't come as often now. Sorry.

Friendly staff and fun atmosphere. I love the wild cherry sorbet and they have a lovely, creamy vegan friendly dairy free vanilla soft serve ice cream.
