I came in for a vegetarian sandweech but everytime i spoke to another person they kept trying to make me order another item. they also recommended stuff like 30 times even though i already knew what i wanted. The servers were nice, but i could tell that they were scripted so i was kinda uncomfortable. probably just stick to ordering online from now….

Purchased the family feast and the portion of protein was so meager everyone was still hungry. Description states it feeds 8, we had 4. Yet another greedy company.
If you have read any of my reviews you will see that good customer service is a pet peeve for me! I had never been here before and I actually thought I was going into a sub place to get a regular Ole chicken ceaser. But to my surprise it was exactly what I wanted! The staff was super nice and friendly, helpful because I haven't been there. I mean every single one of the staff get a gold star. The key is they put that enthusiasm into making our food and it was AWESOME! What an amazing treat dinner was tonight. Flavorful food and perfect customer service you can't ask for more on a hump day evening! A must try.

G/f has celiac and we saw the gluten free sign. Stopped in and the staff walked her through the menu and was extremely helpful. They even provided fresh cooking utensils and changed their gloves right in front of us. It's appreciated more than they know!

I go there all the time. The only problem I have is the service if one person comes in with a huge order all the staff is working on one order and all the other customers stand there in line for 15 to 20 minutes, while they all working on a big order customers customer keep walking out because no one‘s taking care of them. It’s ridiculous you need one or two persons to get a big order ready and if they wanted that order to be ready, they should’ve ordered before time not walk-in give a big order. Or put in a huge order online and that’s all they are focused on. There’s no way five people should be working on one order. Wow there’s a line of people waiting to be served.
