Food and service were excellent. We were seated in a room where we noticed it was very cold. We asked an employee if we could get the heat turned on and she said that the heater was not working in that room and it would warm up once they heated the grill and started cooking. It did warm up some - but most of the time we were very cold.

Five of us went to celebrate my husbands birthday. The waiter was pleasant however he checked on us once. All of our drinks were empty and he filled up only 2 cups and never came back. The chef was nice but not as energetic as other chefs we have experienced at other hibachi grills. I requested my steak to be medium rare and was served well done. Fried rice costs an additional $3.50 to an already priced $30 meal. I won't be going back to this location.

This place never seems to have enough staff and it seems like a choice. I had a party of 8 with one check. They didn't give me an option for tip and charged me 18%. I tip 20% minimum. Had they charged me the required minimum and given me an option to tip more, I would have. Not option with the card. The person running my card was not the person who waited on us. I tipped the hibachi chef with cash. I rarely have cash and got some out just to tip the chef, assuming we would tip the rest of the staff with my card. We waited more than 30 minutes for our table and would have purchased drinks in the bar/waiting area, but they didn't have anyone working it. I asked about a Cherry coke and they said they could bring me water only. Seems like management wants their employees making terrible money and they don't have enough people working there because of it. The ladies room was also trash. No TP in some stalls and the one that did have TP wasn't properly secured and when I pulled some TP, the entire thing fell open and the TP fell on the floor. We love hamachi, but won't be returning. This place was good before COVID, but they decided not resume full service and clearly just want to be a carry-out. Boo!

Couldn't believe it. First time there. I was told by my friend that I should make a reservation which I did. We got there early. The place was empty and the host didn't seat us at all! We waited and waited and I finally said are you making us wait until our reservation time and he replied yes!! I couldn't believe it. He said it was because there was only one server. I understand that, but he could of least sat us down and we could of had a drink while we waited. We won't be back and that's a shame.

Overall, a standard hibachi-style restaurant. The bar and waitstaff as well as the hostess were very kind. The floor of the bar was VERY sticky (not sure why). Food quality was great and the chef was good, but seemed a little tired. If you're looking for good hibachi, this is it...if you're looking for GREAT hibachi, you might want to pick a more nicely-appointed restaurant (and plan to pay a lot more - the quantityt of food for the cost was great here)..

Very disappointed. We were seated a little before our 6pm reservation but waited about 25 minutes after being seated to get drinks. Chef was quick but the steaks were so small and thin and overcooked, chicken was also small and thin and overcooked. For the cost, more steak and chicken is expected. We got filet mignon and it was sadly overcooked and did not even taste good. The sirloin steak at Blackrock is so much better! Sagano needs to improve before we will return

Food is consistently delicious. Servings always give us leftovers to take home which are good re-heated. All workers are kind and keep your drinks full.
Pretty cool place and pretty good food. Definitely recommend the hibachi grill.

Right when we walked in the atmosphere looked great and our server was extremely friendly and attentive. Our chef was great well, and the food was delicious. I’d say this is the best, highest quality Japanese steak house I’ve ever been to.
