WORST STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE EVER !! The Drive thru worker was a Ginger Caucasian girl with thick acne she was very rude to me she constantly ignored me and yelled at me in a very nasty tone telling me what am I gonna pay with while I was trying to ask her to use my points for a free bakery item ! she didn’t have a name tag so I wanted to describe her in the best way possible ,I spoke with Store manager Mr.Gunar and shift supervisor Kyle both men didn’t help me or resolved my issue !

I ordered a drink with oatmilk as I'm lactose intolerant. They used cows milk instead and made me extremely sick.

Haven't been to Starbucks in over ten years - and it'll be another ten years before I go back, at the least. I ordered a beverage through the drive-thru and when I pulled up, some gypsy rug-weaver stuck a tablet-looking device in my face and implied that I make a "tip" selection. First, tips are for people who provide a complementary service which goes above & beyond their work duties; second, this gal was so lazy, she wouldn't even take my card for payment - implying that I tap/swipe/insert the card myself. What if I had decided to pay with cash? Then, you would've been forced to take my money, hand me my change and provide me with the brutally overpriced drink that I reluctantly ordered. Nevertheless, I politely said, "no thanks", and drove off.
Starbucks may be popular with teenage girls and such, but their service won't go far with real people. I'm glad I saved my "bucks" and drove away...

Awful employees.
Store closes at 7 pm. So we went to driver through at 6.45. No one answered. We patiently waited assuming they might be busy. After 5 mins, we have up, parked, and walked to entrance to get coffee inside.
The employees saw us from outside, locked the door, and shut the lights off at 6.50.
I understand sometimes people are tiered and don't want last minute customers. But locking doors on your face and shutting lights off when making eye contact is just awful human behavior.

Don't waste your time placing orders in person. You will just wait endlessly for the online and drive thru orders that came in before your in store order. Ordered breakfast sandwiches and drinks and waited over 35 minutes in store.
Fast and friendly. The only downside is price. I haven't gone to a Starbucks in years because everything is extremely expensive.

The worst consistency I have ever experienced. I order the same exact drink every single time and on the app too. It taste different every single day and sometimes I get a quarter inch of cold foam sometimes I get an inch and a half.

I love the new egg and pesto sandwich! And I love their cold brew and bakery items much more than I really should.
Vegetarian options: There are lunch boxes, a few sandwiches, and bakery items including bagels. I haven't seen anything actually labeled veg, but I am a veg and go there often.
