I live down the road from this location and typically speaking things are great. Couple weeks ago I went there. They gave me the wrong order so I called in. They said that they would replace it for me on my next visit. I went today to try to pick up that order and they Said somebody had already signed off that it was picked up, but I certainly have not been back to Taco Bell since the last time I placed that order. The location is clean. The food is good, but this puts a bad taste in my mouth in a way that makes me not want to be a customer at this location anymore. If it was one item, it would be no big deal, but it was a $20-$30 order that I just got robbed of.

Went here after the Glass Animals concert, apparently everyone and their mama had the same idea. The line was long, and I thought that the poor workers were going to blow a gasket, but when we finally got to order, we had the nicest worker ever! She was so sweet and patient. It was also about 1AM, so props on these workers for providing good food and friendly service :)
It is a Taco Bell. You are going to cheap fast food. However, when my wife and I pull through the drive thu and get home we have found that our order was missing parts of her meal. This normally is a "Oh well" situation and we move on. However this has happened multiple times in a row. We prefer the Taco Bell on Baldwin.
