Tried the drive thru but the stupid thing is automated and couldn't get my order right. So I got frustrated and went inside to talk to a person who directed me to the kiosk. Why can't I just talk to a person like before. Avoiding this location in the future.

I hate this Taco Bell with a passion. they said they open at nine but nobody answers the speaker even after you sit there for multiple minutes. there was multiple people waiting and nobody answered the speaker despite they're definitely being people inside. Maybe find some employees that are actually able to handle a drive-through job LMAO

just left here after getting off a late shift and i’ll be surprised if i DONT wake up with food poisoning. One of the worst taco bell meals i’ve ever had but i had no choice it was the only open and close. That’s disgraceful to serve someone that ice cold hard old food

Went in the drive thru asked for a lot of mild sauce got 3 and was charged 50 cents for it ! Took forever to get food wasn't that much.when I sat there he finally asked if I needed something else I told him my Drink he looked at me funny then grabbed the Drink sitting right in front of him ! He acked like it was my fault for some reason! Being charged for the sauce and getting 3 is a little ridiculous! Then ask to round up the order! That would have paid for the sauce!!

Went to order through the drive through. There now is a robot and not a real person. The cashier was very rude and said that I could use the kiosk cause he was to busy to help me... the worst service I have ever had.

I don’t get why we have to find a fix for something that’s not broken. This Taco Bell has the best customer service and hardly ever messes up my order… I’m here 2-3 time a week. First time I’ve been through with the stupid automated order drive thru. And my orders screwed up. Get rid of that it please you guys have great customer service and do not need it. I liked my food not being messed up and like talking to the workers a lot more.
