We placed and paid for an order online and went to the late-night pickup window, only to be refused service. We were told the window was for DoorDash drivers only and that we would have to get back in line behind 12 cars to receive an order that was already paid for. This policy makes no sense, and the situation was handled poorly. The manager was extremely rude and offered no help or explanation. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered online set in line in drive thru for over 35 to 40 minutes and when we got are food it was soggy and cold and the soft tacos had hardly anymeat or cheese in it and it was suppose to be no tomato on the crunch wraps sub chicken with extra nachos cheese and it had tomatoes all over it and hardly any cheese and the quasadilla was suppose to be extra chicken and it had a couple pieces on it and the cheese wasn't wven melted on it worse experience at taco bell ever

Literally the nicest people I've ever met. I was having a really bad day and they made me feel so much better. I appreciate the kindness I was given, and I love coming here because of it. Thank you so much!
Update, train wreck the last couple visits. My last visit they took 30 min and I saw about 4 orders go out. Inconsistent. Old review: Very clean and fast restaurant. The staff are friendly. The bathrooms have always been clean when I used them. The drive through is usually pretty fast. The only issue I've ever had was 1 order inaccuracy (I received regular tacos with my meal that was supposed to have taco supremes.) But this was one event out of dozens of visits.
