I went here for a birthday dinner with friends and the food was amazing! Everything was so fresh and the service was also great! The vibe was great and the scenery was beautiful. I’ve never seen such a beautiful restaurant before it felt like I was on vacation!
Super cool interior~ great Vibe! Elma our server was knowledgeable & Delightful!
“Hold the phone” kind of cozy, airy, food romance! Our server was cheery and attentive, too. Our group loved every bite!
Very well decorated place, quaint, comfy.
A nice place for a small group.
Great brunch menu with everything from the basics to interesting menu items. We'll priced, not too overpriced.
I recommend getting a reservation because this place is very popular.
I was really disappointed with this place. It all started with our reservation — I had booked a table in advance, but when we arrived, we still had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. When I asked the hostess about it, she told me they do take reservations, but they don’t guarantee a table. That makes no sense to me — what’s the point of making a reservation then?
Another frustrating detail: I had mentioned when booking that we were celebrating our anniversary, but we were seated at a table in the back corner right next to the kitchen. Staff were constantly walking in and out with dishes and trays — it was noisy and definitely not the kind of atmosphere you want for a special evening.
The food itself tasted good, but the portions were ridiculously small. I ordered an appetizer that was mostly bread — four huge slices — and the actual topping was maybe 50 grams at most. Felt unbalanced and underwhelming.
To top it off, the server brought our cocktails holding the glasses by the bowl, not the stem, and without a tray. One of the glasses was sticky and honestly just unpleasant to drink from.
Also, by Friday they had already run out of the tuna on the menu — a bit disappointing.
Overall, I don’t recommend this place. The service was sloppy, the portions too small, and they clearly don’t take special occasions seriously.
Excellent! Great atmosphere.. Very modern and fun environment. The bartender was amazing. Perfect drinks.... We had the Paloma and the whiskey cocktail. Mocktails too. The French toast was perfect, 3 huge slices with cream and fruit. Truffle potatoes were perfect and even enough to share. We highly recommend. Make reservations!
Not sure if it was inexperience or laziness, but we were told there’d be a 45-minute wait for both indoor and outdoor seating at 12:15pm, even though the restaurant was maybe 80% empty. I laughed and asked why, and the hostess said it was due to reservations. We ended up sitting at the also-empty bar.
Over the next hour, only one new table was seated. So… where were all those reservations?
We asked the bartender, and even he said he had no idea. The food was great and the bartender was excellent, but the front of house service left a pretty bad impression.
Relaxing, beautiful, unique
It's been a few years since I've dined at the fed & let me say it is just not the same. I only ordered a few appetizers but: oysters were good, I ordered the whitefish dip & it tasted store-bought, charcuterie selections were ok but nothing crazy. Perhaps the brunch menu has a bit more flare to it. Overall 2.5/5
I mean prices are a bit outrageous as well. I fully understand why the waygu steak would be as much as it it but some other items are completely inconsiderate. Such is my whitefish dip which was $39 which was store bought like I said. Plus the fish tacos being $51 THAT IS CRAZY and ABSURD.THE CHEF MIGHT WANT TO FIND HIS PASSION AGAIN. But the front of house staff plus front of house manager were top tier on every regard which was appreciated and the only reason to consider coming back
yours truly
The Fed Community is a GEM.
Andrew, is a GREAT server, very knowledgeable of the menu and brought us some olives, with a hint of honey, wow wow.
The rating does not reflect the Fed, its a "5" all day. The decor and vibe, is killer.
I'll be a frequent patron, anytime I'm in the village.

We went to The Fed for my mother's birthday and everyone in our family has been here a handful of times before and absolutely love it! The ambiance is perfect and the service is phenomenal. I thought at first that I wouldn't like the menu always changing but it really does make a huge difference because the food always tastes so fresh and flavorful. This time there was a small mixup with one of the dishes and even though it wasn't our server's fault, Tony handled it above and beyond our expectations. I really cannot recommend The Fed enough! Also - I am gluten free and a lot of places do not have many good gluten free options. Even though it doesn't mention it on the menu they have amazing gluten free options and almost all of their dishes can be modified to be made gluten free. I have never had a single issue or reaction eating here!
