One of the best things about Tim Hortons is how consistent they are no matter which location you visit. The service is always great, the food is solid, and the coffee never disappoints. It’s reliable, quick, and exactly what you expect every time, which is why I keep coming back. A great go-to spot for coffee and a bite on the go

Kind of ridiculous I spent $50 every day at this establishment that’s by my house, and I’ve been to this one once before and had no issues. Now all of a sudden it’s the “owners rules” that they don’t do pup cups. 😂😂 literally every single place does. So when I said could I pay for a side of it I get told that they don’t sell their whip cream on the side like that. I understand franchises get to make their own rules but come on. Super weird power trip.

I waited at the menu for 5 minutes and no one took my order, so we pulled up to the window and ordered and they tried to charge me 2 times after I already paid, then it took another 10 minutes for me to get my order which was just a single wrap.

The employee explained and answered questions confidently and accurately about their drinks, and helped me figure out what to get. They were almost closed and she probably wanted to get out of there sooner than later, and instead she spent time helping me! How nice of her!

I moved to Clarkston about 5 years ago and have been going to this Tim Horton for years. In the recent years I’ve noticed that the quality of service has gone down since then. I’ve had small issues in that time but nothing review worthy. Yesterday I went to the drive thru and ordered a Halloween bucket, 2 BC and a hot coffee. I get to the window and I give them my card to pay, the cashier asks after I pay if I wanted a different flavor of timbits (since they were out of the one I wanted) that’s fine, but then she asks if I have a bucket they could fill and I said no.. she hands me an open Tim box and my coffee. I just assumed they were out of the buckets. She hands me the other donuts and asks for my card back as she accidentally only charged me for 10 tim bits.. I say yes to be compliant but then asked if I was getting a bucket and she didn’t answer me (I assume she just didn’t hear me), but I was pretty irritated at this point and just left with what I had. I’ve also noticed that the drive thru times are longer than they were before as this interaction took almost 10 mins. Bottom line is food the food is good here but service can be iffy. I work in the Detroit area and always grab from their Tim’s as the service is always friendly and fast!

The breakfast food is absolutely terrible. I will not be returning for food again. The donut holes and coffee are ok but I'll stick with Starbucks or try bigsby next time.

Okay I don’t understand why but this location has THE worst bagels. They always taste a day old / dry and spongy. Avoid getting bagel breakfast sandwiches it’s worth the extra drive to get a bagel that doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting there since the day before. I gave this location so many chances hoping it was a fluke but it’s the same every time

Came in for a quiet cup of coffee and it sounds like I went to a concert at pine knob instead. Music is so loud when ordering it was a constant back and forth of what did you say between me and the cashier. Never did order food for this reason.

Extremely disappointed in this location. Bagels are cold, hardly any butter on it. Staff did not add my medium double double to the order originally so there was confusion. When asked at the drive up they handed me a coffee that tastes like sweet milk. Waste of money honestly.
