Came in for a quiet cup of coffee and it sounds like I went to a concert at pine knob instead. Music is so loud when ordering it was a constant back and forth of what did you say between me and the cashier. Never did order food for this reason.

6:30pm it was open and no one answered drive-thru. We also called no answer. Are you open?

Extremely disappointed in this location. Bagels are cold, hardly any butter on it. Staff did not add my medium double double to the order originally so there was confusion. When asked at the drive up they handed me a coffee that tastes like sweet milk. Waste of money honestly.

I got a farmers wrap. Wrap didn't have Chipotle sauce or hash brown like it was supposed to. Vanilla cold brew had no flavor and tasted like water. Not a pleasant experience

First time here in about 6 years. Customer service is lacking terribly, drive through employee was not happy to be there and she made that very clear. My coffee tasted old & my bagel was most definitely toasted before hand because it was dry, stale and cold but had char marks on the edges. 😖

Not sure what is going on at this place but it is not run like any other Tim Hortons. There was a large indoor garbage can sitting in the drive thru and after waiting behind someone having a casual conversation, not ordering, we went inside. Once walking in, music was blaring so loudly it was hard to order. The lobby was so dirty with an unattended mop bucket sitting in the middle of the floor. The counter had used napkins and spills on it. I ordered and the young lady told me they were understaffed but they had 8 people walking around as employees. My drink was made wrong so she remade it but it was so full that it burst open all over. They remade it for a third time while I waited for egg bites. After waiting for 10 minutes, watching an older lady make other people's food with no gloves and just setting out cheese on the counter, she finally came over to me and moved some box to reveal my food sitting there done. This place needs a health dept visit and the owner needs to work onsite after visiting other Tim Hortons that are run well. Never ever going there again.

I tried over a year to give this Tim Hortons a chance because its close to my home. But yesterday was the last straw. After taking a couple weeks off, due to constant rude like attitudes coming from several of the ladies, besides the African American male that cooks (always a smile- he literally looks at me and gets it, i work with a bunch of females with attitudes). So back to my experience, yesterday, I came in for my normal ice coffee. The lady at the register put my ice coffee in a pop cup! When I asked about it, she said they were out of plastic cups. When I instantly noticed a large size plastic cup (I ordered a medium), i asked if i could just use the large size. The worker said she would have to charge me .25 for a plastic cup . Like what? You are out of plastic cups- not my faught? When I questioned this- she came over and got her manager, who then said- we have Medium cups right here----- in plan sight. I find this was done deliberately. Like come on, every single time I come in there they find an issue with me. I do nothing, with my children, and just want my coffee.
A big thanks to the male that works here that continues to smile, to bring joy in such a unfortunate establishment. Your the real VIP

closes 30 minutes early
Was given either old or burnt coffee again
Every time I order a turkey bravo club they are always missing something whether it’s the lettuce or the artisan bread. It’s always something. I can never get a coffee that actually taste good.
