Every time I order a turkey bravo club they are always missing something whether it’s the lettuce or the artisan bread. It’s always something. I can never get a coffee that actually taste good.

I came to this location in the later afternoon and before placing an order I asked about when the coffee was last brewed. The team’s response was “20-30 minutes ago”. Tim’s advertises fresh coffee every 20 minutes, so I asked if a new pot would be brewed. The employee said he would not dump out “good coffee”. (Heads up - burnt coffee isn’t good!) I drove down the road to the Sashabaw and Maybee location where they happily brewed a fresh pot of coffee.

I had got some sausage double bacon bagels this morning. I think only one of them had two eggs but the sausage seemed off somehow. It seemed pale and watery compared to other sausage patties I've had.
Sure enough before my dinner tonight I found myself suffering horrible digestive pain... Also glad to see they cleaned up the shattered Christmas ornaments on the floor finally.

To my understanding at Tim Hortons from previous workers, the donuts are disposed at the end of the shift because they have to serve fresh donuts every day so if so I asked for a few of there dispose donuts they might would be nice give to people who are less fortunate and elders I take care of that are truly less fortunate in a nursing facility. but today the manager was very negative and judgmental in my opinion, and I didn’t understand what the discrepancy was coming from The shop was close to closing time I explain to him that it was going to the healthcare facility, when I requested the free donuts. The manager came to me and said I am not going to provide you with donuts every time I see you and I explained to him I Don’t come here but once or maybe twice a week so we In my opinion this was a negative towards me this happened to me today, November 7 in the Clarkston, Michigan, Tim Hortons off of Sashabaw Road I purchased a large iced coffee and thank you for your service went about my day.

Firstly, the service at this location is extremely slow. If you make an order for pickup, it is NEVER ready. Even if noone is inside in line you will wait because they don't even bother to acknowledge you
The food is terrible. Example, if you order something simple like a glazed donut, it will barley have any glaze on it.

Was told kitchen closes at 6pm. When asked why he mention it at 4pm. He changed his words and said they aren't serving any food at 4pm on a Friday after he told me they won't be serving food after 6pm.

This is literally the worst TH ever! I have visited this location so many times and they always forget some part of my order. I don’t think it helps that the old man that works during the day is vaping tree on his shift, might be part of the problem.
