To my understanding at Tim Hortons from previous workers, the donuts are disposed at the end of the shift because they have to serve fresh donuts every day so if so I asked for a few of there dispose donuts they might would be nice give to people who are less fortunate and elders I take care of that are truly less fortunate in a nursing facility. but today the manager was very negative and judgmental in my opinion, and I didn’t understand what the discrepancy was coming from...
Their coffee is great and I love their breakfast sandwiches, but they really need to retrain their employees on how to handle the fryer or change their policy on how long to let food sit out.
I go there 2 to 3 times a week, for over a month now, on my way to work. I have never gotten a HOT or even a WARM hashbrown.

Wow, they may not have had the kitchen open but the service was absolutely amazing! The poor girl working the drive thru was absolutely wonderful and handled the situation with grace and patience, which is hard to find nowadays!
