The açaí in the bowls are premade and frozen. Had to let it that so I could even get a spoon through it. Not great (especially for $11)

We walked up to the store and we're greeted by an employee who told us it would be about 15 minutes for food if we ordered. We didn't mind the wait and went in. After waiting in the store for about two minutes, we (and ~10ish) other customers were then told that we needed to leave the lobby because they needed to prepare to close the store. It was 5:30 and she announced that the store closes at 9. The worker did not take anyone else's orders, including the people that had arrived before us. She walked us out and locked the door. This might be the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place.

Employee kicked out out of the store at 5pm because they needed to start closing. They close at 9pm? There was also a few other people in lined that had been waiting longer and they wouldn't even take their orders after they had waited in line for so long. Very disappointing to not even serve the people who were there.

Had the rudest brunette girl take my order who couldn’t even crack a smile or bring her voice above a mumble, idk if she was a manger or something because she was wearing pink when everyone else was in blue but her level of attitude is a serious issue when working in food service. there was no one but me in the restaurant during the time and i asked for a cesar SALAD with no tomato’s and she made me a cesar WRAP with tomatoes… plopped it on the counter and walked away. honestly probably won’t go back if that’s the kind of people they employ.
