The order is usually never on time, which is fine I understand places get busy, but they handed me three wrong smoothies, even though they knew my name because I'd just given it to them, and he said he was making it right now and by the last one, I'd assumed they had gotten it right, because it it looked like what I normally get and i was running out of time before work so I just took it. i'm almost to work and it was for a totally different person again. I don't know if it's all new staff but it's been a mess everytime I go there would recommend you take the extra time to go to the other tropical. That's in clarkson.It'll save you time and money

First off this is the tropical smoothie closest to my house but I had stopped coming here. The service was bad and the product was subpar. After a coworker told me she gore here all the time and its great. I had to give it another shot. Having said that, a lot has changed in the last six months or so since I had been there. I have been here 5 times in the last 3 weeks twice for breakfast and three times for lunch and I couldn't be more impressed. The staff is incredible. It's been the same three people two guys and a girl everytime and they are moving. Keep up the good work see you soon!

We ordered 2 meals. The smoothie was awesome. But the food was just OK. The Thai wrap was missing sauce. Lettuce was wilty. The Chipotle flat bread was better. But the 2 tiny dry bacon strips were pretty sad.

Ordered online which I usually do and I normally go to this location. Was here over the weekend and was very disappointed. The order was not on time when I arrived not a big deal at all I understand things get busy. Smoothies I had to wait and one was very watered down or missing something not creamy at all. Finally get out to my car and go to grab a bite of my wrap. I had three I ordered for my group. Everything felt cold just from grabbing but I still opened and took a bite. They are supposed to be a hot wrap they were literally ice cold, the chicken felt like it came out of the freezer and was still thawing. I went back in, they did remake the wraps but I had not tried my smoothie at that time so going back out to my car and trying that I didn't want to go back in a second time. Not food related but I didn't feel it was appropriate for an employee to be parked at the first parking spot next to handicapped spots. These should be for customers.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe has a spa-like feel and good sandwiches. The Acai Berry Smoothie is sweet and lasted all day for me.
