Walked in went to the counter and the lady working looked at me like she was pissed off. Then asked how i got in. I said thru the door, she said it was supposed to be lock. Yet there were other customers eating inside and I watched 3 city workers walk out. Then said the lobbie was closed. So I left! These fast food workers are so dam rude everywhere. By the way it was 12:15pm lunch time, so I went up the road to Culver's

Overcharged me for food. I didn't even order and didn't even give me all of my drinks through the drive-thru. When I called to see if I could come back and figure out the money thing and get my drinks they said there was nothing they could do for me. That's what you get when you have a bunch of teenagers working

This used to be my favorite Wendy’s, I would come here after school with friends and hang out, but especially since covid I’ve watched this place rapidly decline. They used to be so on top of things, everything tasted fresh and was right. Now I go to order and ask for a burger with no mayo and they give me extra mayo, almost in spite. I’ve tried with this place several times over the past few months and my food is never right when I go anymore. I’m very disappointed and will likely not come back to this location

I visit this location weekly and normally have no issues, unfortunately I won’t return again. I tried to use a digital coupon with no luck, the cashier tried unsuccessfully 3 times. The cashier called the manager and she stated there was nothing she could do and it wasn’t her fault and that I needed to call the 1 800 number. I repeatedly asked for her name but she was on her phone her only response was for me to go, it was only after another employee gave me her name I learned it was Mallisa. She was unsympathetic and unapologetic. I will never return to this location.

Went through the drive-thru and was told to pay at the 2nd window by a female. There was a guy at at the first window but I saw the people in front of me pay at the 2nd window, so I did the same since the guy at the first window didn’t open his window at all when I was there. I was immediately handed my food at the 2nd window and I handed over my card to pay and the woman rolled her eyes and rudely took my card while snarkily saying “you didn’t pay at the first window?” “No, the lady at the speaker told me 2nd window.” Don’t have an attitude with customers especially when I was just following directions when told to pay at the 2nd window.

Worst Wendy’s I have ever Been to. Took 1 hour to get are mobile order. Didn’t give me my milk shack.

Went through the drive thru. My kids special order completely plain double stack was not correct . Brought it inside and they fixed it no questions asked. As a bonus I even got to keep the 1st one ??. A1 service in my eyes.

This place has to be one of the worst Wendy's that I have ever encountered not open on time don't have food ever slowest drive-thru of any Wendy's you will ever go through if I could leave zero Stars I would this place sucks
