Have had to complain a few times to them. They never seem to care. Most of the time the food is fine or I get the right order. 3 times the food has been messed up, cold, and bun was crumbling. They never reply to me, so that's why I give them 2 stars, because they don't seem to worry about their customers.
*Had to update. Lowered my review now for them. Tried this place again, the people were rude and all I ordered was breakfast burritos and the girl told me it would be a 10 minute wait. She wasn't nice about it and really? It's fast food, so why the wait? You are better off going to the Wendy's on Dixie in Clarkston. Better customer service for sure!

Been there 4 times in the last 2 weeks and all 4 times they have been out of chili. Told by worker only day shift makes chili so I check & its true, but also says its made all day and kept warm. So how about WENDY'S YOU DO BETTER & MAKE AN EXTRA BATCH OR 2 BEFORE DAY SHIFT LEAVES!!!!!
