Worst personel working there. Wendys do better with hiring. Work customer service i have ever experienced. Where is corporate. Im not the only one writing this type of review. This is clarkston.

I order the BACON double stack biggie bag, they forgot my drink and didn’t put bacon on my burger. I wouldn’t be writing this right now but I go back up there to get my order corrected. I’m thinking they should have it right. Nope lol they forgot the bacon again on a BACON double stack lol, it’s in the name of the burger. What are we doing here??? Was the only person in line as well. What a joke

Just went through during lunch rush April of 2025. Everything was hot and fresh, friendly service and the order was correct.

The drive thru person is rude asf same with the manager working. Can’t even hand me a bag for my food just hands me the food with no forks or napkins. Not sanitary at all. Can’t even get the damn order right but can only take one order at a time

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They may be understaffed, but that is no excuse for the rude woman. White lady, 30s or so, blonde ponytail... all I did was POLITELY ASK if they had an eta for a pick up for Doordash, or should I drop the order. You would have thought I killed her dog by her reaction. WE'RE ALL JUST TRYING TO WORK AND MAKE MONEY! If you don't like your job, get a new one! The male manager said they're busy... so what! We ALL are. Don't think customer service is the right industry for her. Owners.. please get more staff to help them, or get people without attitudes. Left there yelling and didn't keep my attitude in check, and regret that. But bet I don't EVER treat MY customers the way I was treated at this store. And make good money because of that.

Had 4 drinks, lady at the window went to hand me the drink carrier but didn’t have one drink in all the way. The drink fell out of the carrier as she handed it to me and spilled all over my car. The lady apologized and sent me on my way with no drink and a car covered in Diet.

Is Wendy’s focused more on social media and not enough of restaurant quality…… pretty much
