This place has to be one of the worst Wendy's that I have ever encountered not open on time don't have food ever slowest drive-thru of any Wendy's you will ever go through if I could leave zero Stars I would this place sucks

I pulled up on Sun 6:30pm on 3/24 with mobile order with no one behind me. I had a different Wendy’s address where I cancelled. I then put in another order with then 1 car pulled up behind me. And employees told me I needed to pull around to place my mobile order I placed in app because of their timer. Then told me it doesn’t come up in their system for a couple minutes. I’ve submitted an order previously right at speaker and it took less than a minute for them to see. The employees were more concerned about their timer than service.Since they were more concerned about their timer than taking care of my order, I took my business elsewhere where it’s not an inconvenience.

Went to the late night drive-thru order a nacho Burger have no idea what I got but it definitely wasn't a nacho burger It was dry there were no condiments no lettuce no tomato nothing just 2 patties got a chicken sandwich it was like rubber won't be returning

I ordered a Dave's single burger. It's Cold. And large chili. Got a small. Ordered a fry. It's iced cold. Everything turned dout badly. I go here all the time and never had this bad of Service. I don't think I will be returning.

The Breakfast sandwich (The baconator) on a biscuit is the best morning sandwich by far !
They were out of chocolate frosties and tried to give me the wrong order.

This place is terrible. Every time i go there they mess up the order. today, i didn't get 1 of the baconaters i ordered and 2 of the other sandwitches were made incorrectly and i have a major allergy to onions. When we took the receipt to them to explain they treated me like i was a thief made me bring all of the food back in and by the time they made the burger that they didnt give me they refused to remake the order because it was cold. So i said whatever and took it home and they still made 3 sandwitches wrong so i couldnt eat my food. I will never go back to this careless place ever again. I do not reccomend going here, in fact i will drive outta my way to go to another wendys.

Used to be good pre-covid but it hasn't been the same since. Worst service. Slowest fast food place ever. You might think they are sitting around twiddling their thumbs because your food is cooking, but you quickly realize they were wasting time because your food is cold.

I went through the drive thru last Sunday and the lady taking my order wanted to argue with me about what I actually ordered. After I said I did not want to argue with her, she refused to serve me. I have never in my life been treated so poorly as I was that day. I will never give them my business again - ever!!
