Great food when you get what you order. Have had two awful experiences on Door Dash though and it's obvious they don't care about their take out orders. Today we got two Eggels sandwiches, neither of which had eggs. On top of that the "sandwiches" were all shoved in a paper bag with none of them wrapped. Another time we ordered and instead of and everything bagel with muenster, were given a plain bagel with cheddar that was really disgusting. Won't be ordering from here again soon, can't trust the employees to get even basic orders correct. Sad because we'd rather support local but aren't into throwing our money away.

Nowhere near authentic East Coast bagels; more like fancy dinner rolls. Good with butter & jam or for dipping in soup; I wouldn't waste cream cheese & lox on them. They *are* fresh and will do in a pinch if you just need a quick coffee/carb fix in the morning. Service was good here.

Very disappointed that you changed the recipe for the tuna salad. It was amazing before. I loved the previous tuna salad. Please go back to it. Otherwise I highly recommend Barry's

The bagels are great when you can actually get them/sandwiches are made correctly, but that is very rare. Service and speed are a gamble depending on who is working(the difference is massive.) Last thing that bothers me more than anything is that every single solitary day they run out of everything bagels by like 10 am, it happens every time I call. Yet none of the managers has ever thought that maybe it's a good idea to make more of the kind they constantly runout of. Moral of the story is depending on which employees you get, it's either a two or a five star.

I don't want to leave this review, but customer service is ridiculous! Placed my online order at 9:45, and at 10:30 my daughter is still waiting for the small order. They are out of chicken salad and apparently in the process of making egg salad, and it would be another 15 minutes, which she really didn't want us to wait for. Seriously it would be an hour after placing the on line order waiting for the egg salad, and that's if it's even ready then! I always say I'll give them one more try, but sadly this is the last time. There are other bagel shops around with much better customer service.

Mann tried them on a blind try on DoorDash... BEST THING POPPING!!! I’m addicted!!! I love the varieties!!! I got a honey roasted Turkey on a cinnamon raisin bagel with honey brown CC onion and lettuce. Good amount of everything! Definitely a forever customer!

First time ordering here. Placed an online order (that includes your first and last name) because we were in a hurry to get to a wedding this morning. We got here and they told us that they gave our bagels away…? Supposed to be ready at 10:10a, we got there at 10:20a. Had to wait until 10:30a. Thanks for re-making them but what happened? All online orders include the first and last name.
