Coffee was not good I dont know if it was made wrong or what but it was bad and not worth the price either 2 med and a large which looked the same size as a medium charged 28 buck

I usually have a good experience here but today ruined it. Got the wrong drink and politely asked for a new one, which I normally never do because I don't want to cause issues. Barista immediately told me it wasn't the wrong drink and moved on. It definitely was not the drink I ordered and I also didn't get a refund. It was a bit embarrassing for me, won't be coming back.

I ordered from door dash to have 4 drinks delivered 3 of them being Carmel drinks but all different names and one kids milk. We got our order and none of them were labeled. So we had to do the guessing game, I called and the girl I spoke to admitted that it was there mistake for not labeling them, but wouldn’t even give me a credit since it was through door dash and said it would have to go through them. So it was their mistake but they put the blame on Door dash. They did their job perfect but yeah let’s put the blame on them.

I would enjoy this location significantly more if the workers didn’t ask me if I want to tip when I pay. Absolutely no issues with tipping, but don’t put people on the spot.

I'm sad I even have to write this and not give 5 stars. This is literally my favorite Biggby, I get it in the morning before work. This morning I was in the drive thru, the young man was very nice and when I get to the window the young lady greeted me with a smile very nice. She tells me my total, I pay, as I'm waiting for my change. I turn my music back up I'm in a great mood it was Britney on the radio. Another young lady come to the window very nasty and tells me to cut my music down. I do it because I'm not a problematic person, but it definitely changed the mood. I will say the nice young lady looked like she felt bad and was still very sweet. But to tell a paying customer me what to do in my car was some nerve and audicty. I've never had a worker tell me to cut my music down, I don't have bass in my car so it wasn't booming loud. She should learn to do her job and not police paying customers. I'm debating if I even wanna spend my money here anymore. The other 2 workers I mentioned definitely 5 stars. Maybe if she would've been nice I wouldn't be so annoyed. It's not about what you say but how you say it.

Why does management think it’s OK to ask people for a tip for drive-through coffee? Isn’t that the point of going to a drive-through coffee place? So classless and I no longer go there because of this. It’s uncomfortable for everyone.

I used to come here quite often. Line never takes too long and my coffee is always made correctly. But since they ask me for a tip before I offer I no longer come. That's super rude to ask for tips. If we want to give it we will.

French Roast was watered down. Had to buy an extra Espresso to make it taste like reused grounds in my wife’s French Press. But I knew going in it was going to be tasteless. A least they are consistent.

Just wanted to edit my review after the response from the owner. My original review is that often when I come here, they mess up my latte or put cheese and cream cheese on my bragel when I make it clear when I order that I want neither. The owner said “we made the bagel as directed, as this is not the store you frequent most we do not know your order” i would never expect anyone to remember my order, i always am clear with saying no cheese no cream cheese when i order. It was not made as directed. I used to come to this bigby location often, sometimes multiple times in a week and often had this issue so i stopped coming back as much. If it was just this one time i obviously wouldn’t have made the review. But I will not be coming back. If the owner just apologized I would have deleted my review, but sounds like he is saying I am lying when I was just trying to suggest employees being more careful because some people have allergies.
