This location stinks!! for starters the dining room is disgusting and you can tell it hasnt been cleaned in a century. second of all, they are always forgetting my sauces no matter what, next time it happens ima come back up there. third of all why did my sandwich taste like the cook farted on the pickles?

Ordered food on their website which rejected my order. However the purchase still went thru on my credit card. When I called the store I was told the order hasn’t come thru yet. Upon stating the issue, I was confronted with rudeness and then hung up on.
Opinion: I find Checkers’ employees to be unpleasant and rude on average. Although i like their food, i find going there stressful. I recommend management put effort towards addressing the toxic work culture.
I Refuted charges with my credit card company and I won’t be visiting this location. My mental health tells me to stay away from ALL locations… it’s frustration I don’t need in my life.

Everytime I have come here over the past year, I have seen the same staff and they are always positive, friendly and professional. As for the food it is always consistent and my order always comes correct even with the picky eaters in my family. Highly recommend.

Instead of being concerned with your staff committing fraud and stealing customers money, you are only concerned with your impression.Are you from the franchise or from corporate?Shady! Watch your payment card very carefully.After swiping my card, the cashier just took it out and walked away with it! She was gone for a good 30 seconds while I'm screaming "hey where did you take my card give it back!". I'm screaming my head off and she comes back nonchalantly. When I asked her why she disappeared with my card, she says she went to get the receipt.I told her she's not supposed to walk away with customer's cards, and she rolls her eyes at that and says whatever.The food was excellent.

Worse experience I've ever had at a Checkers and I've been a Checkers fan for many years.The mgr said the card reader was malfunction. I was at the window a good 5 minutes. She asked me to move to the other side of the store and wait. I waited and waited and waited. ? I finally waved another worker and gave him my order and asked him to let the mgr know I didn't want to wait any longer. When she came to return my card, she made no offer for the food. I left hungry and frustrated.
