We ordered chicken shack from Clawson, hoping it would be better than our last experience. The chicken was inedible, overcooked ( I specifically stated not to overcook it) so salty, we could not eat it! I have attempted to contact this establishment through email and phone call and no one has returned either. We will not be doing business here anymore, and I unsubscribe to their emails

Never again. $25 for two sandwiches with one small chicken tender on each one and some potatoes. The bun is almost 3x the size.

I cancelled my order because when they told me 15 minutes it took me 10 minutes to get there and they hadn’t even dropped my order so it would have been another 20 minute wait and their wings are super small 3 for 11.00 is inflation at its best I can get a 20 piece larger whole wings with fries for 24.00 elsewhere.

Pros: The wait wasn't too long and the food was hot & fresh. The guy working the register was nice (I didn't run into the older crabby female many of the comments are talking about). Cons: My only critique is that the size of the drumsticks and thighs are too small for the price. The wings from Buffalo Wild Wings have similar amount of meat as the drumsticks and thighs I got from Chicken Shack. ?
I was very disappointed in the food I ordered. It was cold, overcooked and dry. No butter on potatoes. Both chicken and potatoes were a very dark brown, overcooked. I have never had food this bad from anywhere before and will not be returning to Chicken Shack again.

2024-04-19: I enjoyed the food here at the Chicken Shack in Clawson. We had a 2 pc chicken, 5 pc tenders, Cole slaw, onion rings, and an order of Shack Mushrooms.
