We haven’t eaten here for several months. It has really gone downhill. The potatoes weren’t seasoned the same. The chicken tenders were tough. The cod was so small and dry. It really was awful. Don’t know if I’ll eat Chicken Shack again. The prices have also gone up. Food quality has gone down. Such a disappointment! We used to love this place.

We keep trying to give this place the “proverbial” second chance ? we are finally giving up giving this place second chances and are done with this location ! I waited thinking I was getting fresh hot food ??? Watching the cook back there going through the motions? 15 minutes later and they give me cold Potatoes , the chicken tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp, the ribs were cold and their slaw which they are famous was watery like soup??? The sign says “please wait while we make up your order fresh???” Top dollar for sub par food and a guy who took my order who looked like he could care less and never got my order correct ??? If I could give a negative Star as a rating I would . Seems like every other time we would go in this particular place the food is lousy ? This last time , the counter guy was a dud and could care less to take my order and the food was terrible. Sorry , this was your last chance with us. Try Mui Chinese right next door. Their food is fresh, hot and tasty!
Ha ha ha? The owner replies with a standard canned answer similar to previous complaint ? Go to CS web site to file formal complaint? Hey “owner” why don’t you go in person to check out your store? Forget it. If this is how you address customer concerns you’ll never see me again . What a joke . A slap in the face to the other CS stores who get it right .

We had guests from out of town and they really wanted your chicken. What a joke this was. How can you possibly charge someone almost FORTY dollars for 8 pieces of chicken and then send your customer home with OLD dried out tasteless chicken and completely and I mean completely unseasoned potatoes. We dumped it and made sandwiches. Not the first time this has happened but we were always willing to give it another chance. Not this time.

Unfortunately.. I forgot why we stopped coming to this one. I was quickly reminded my potatoes were old the ribs looked off. I'm guessing extra barbeque sauce meant some sauce on one side. The potatoes had the extra butter but they were too old to be eating. It wasn't even busy there is no excuse for serving old food. I will not be coming to this one again I had to toss the whole meal at these prices that's too frustrating.

We got takeout from here. Their coleslaw was phenomenal, and I also really liked their chicken and potatoes. The area on the inside could be a little bit nicer, but overall it does its job.
