I like Chicken Shack generally, but haven't been in a while so a $30.00 for a 5pcs tenders and 4pcs chicken dinner was a shock. Also, I got no sides with the tenders, and no sauce with either order. I carried out so mistakes weren't discovered until I got home. Because of high prices and poor service service I won't be returning. Too bad because I enjoy the chicken.

Best chicken around. Always get a tender bit bucket with broasted potatoes and corn and we can eat it for days. Extra crunchy, lots of batter, tastes amazing. Their bbq sauce is quite good, especially with their broasted potatoes.
Today was my first day door dashing and when I say that the lady with the pigtails and blue in her hair was incredibly rude to me for absolutely no reason... It's an understatement. Was yelling and just acting like a child. I know a racist when she see one and she was definitely one. If you're black, don't go there. I wouldn't doubt that she'd spit in your face just based on the shear hatred in her eyes when she first laid eyes on me. Horrible experience walking in that place today

They carry out person was very terrific either Faith or Alana were overwhelmed but they were terrific at their job. Terrific service. Best chicken in town. Best place for a snowy rainy day for a movie with family. I obviously got someone Elsa’s food that they never picked up, even though it was what I wanted. It just wasn’t as good as it normally is because it has been sitting around for a while.

The last couple of time we ordered here haven't been the best. Chicken bites that are not battered properly and then overcooked. When they get it right they are great, however that has not been the case lately. Potatos & fries have been fine.

Stopped in to order carryout today. The associate, Alaina was so polite and friendly. She packed up my food in foil pans as requested. She even left the butter off for me to add once I heat them. Highly recommend this
