Today I went into Culvers on my lunch around 11 am. The food was good and fresh and the bathroom is clean but the entire time I’m eating I hear “The boss” as she refers to herself yelling at one of the workers.. telling this worker that they will be fired and other disciplinary measures .That should be handled in the office not screaming across the floor. Overall the location is clean and the workers are nice. Someone needs to teach “the boss” how to talk to the workers. This is one of the reasons a lot of places face a high turnover rate. Other than that great food and great atmosphere.

I came at 10:30pm on 3/15 to get a sweet treat with my Fiance. We ordered a Caramel Cashew Sundae and a small flavor of the day (Chocolate Heath Crunch) concrete mixer. We waited a solid 10 minutes for our custard because they wanted to complete the large order ahead of us. So after waiting, we took our custard home only to find that they just gave me a small chocolate custard with no heath. I was disappointed and normally I would turn around and address it but by the time I got home, it was 11pm and they were closed for the night.
I really do like Culver’s but I don’t understand how they can mess up the flavor of the day??

Was excited to try this location, but they wouldn’t give me the extra side of fries I payed for. I tried disputing the issue and the cashier I think her name was Cindy said “You’re too high and need to go home” Actually Cindy I just traveled across the county so thanks for that assumption. So unprofessional from a big chain like Culver’s.

So I can say I love 💕 your worker Joe who is new 🆕 and has experience with this sort of thing will be very helpful to your company!! He was there yesterday not today!! He can run 🏃 any station 🚉 himself just give him the opportunities to show his knowledge and experience and if it’s going to be actually new then teach him something about it!!

Our customer service experience was so wonderful during our visit tonight, I was compelled to write a Google review. The store manager was incredibly friendly; greeting every table with customers of every age. He recognized previous visitors and surprised the kids and teens in our area with Culver’s ducks. The meal was honestly icing on the cake. We will be back!

But the food was not good, burger was cold,fries were ok and the drink was watered down...11 dollars was too much for what you get
Make your own smash burgers at home with a cast iron and 75/25 beef, get an air fryer and your fries of choice then mix mustard,mayo and ketchup to your liking with some fresh chopped pickles and onions to the sauce
I could never replicate a restaurant burger before but now it's a million times better than anything you can get from these places

Went through the drive through and ordered the Atlantic Cod Filet sandwich basket with fries and a chocolate malt. I get back to my desk at work and find they have me chicken strips instead of a fish SanDisk. No sauce too eat these with either. Bummed.
