I was a Doordash and I’ve been to this establishment many times for orders. And I have some ridiculous situations that happened to me. I tried to go into the restaurant and pick up the order, but they said I had to go through the drive-through. And then when I confirm it through the microphone and the second window to get the order, I had another order that popped up and I showed them the second order and they told me to turn around and go to the Microphone, and tell them that. Which I didn’t understand of why I need to go around again, even though I was at the window A really rude young lady was telling me about the system, and I tried to ask her of how that make any sense, and she just shut the window in front of my face and walked away. Back in 2021 I was picking up an order and they were taking 30 minutes in line on the microphone without saying anything and when I just pull up to the window to give my info order they said that I had to go back To the microphone and say what I have. The whole microphone system to get deliveries is not really a great system. Every other fast food industry would just be OK to go up to the window and grab the order or go inside and grab the order. They’re nice to customers, but they’re not nice to food delivery people

3/13/24 22:15 estGot a fiesta pack. Service was fast and courteous. Everything was perfect, including the packaging of my meal.All tacos and burritos are uniform, centered, and neatly placed. ALL, the napkins are to one side and sauce arranged beautifully above the napkins.Every person there, at this time, deserves a raise.To ownership/management:Seriously keeps these MFKZ!! AND PAY EM WELL! Or scramble to find better.

I always love this place back when I lived out West. I am so glad that I can go there for lunch.. If you've never been there you got to try it....

My fish tacos fell apart. I've ordered these so many times....it's my favorite Del Taco meal. They have always been made with two corn tortillas and last night there was only one. What a mess. The ingredients were good. Fish was tasty and crispy, veggies fresh, but assembly was AWFUL. Plus, two tacos, small fry, small drink and a bowl of soup were $20. For that much money and what I got you can afford two tortillas on a taco. I'm sorry, but shrinkflation and higher prices negates a return trip.
