The owner of Hungry Howies Clawson is hands on. He runs a very efficient restaurant. Always on time, reasonably priced and fresh ingredients. Make sure to try the chicken club sandwich. And flavored crust pizza is very tasty.
I did on online order and I made a mistake. They offered to fix it even though it was my own fault. I appreciated it so much.

New manager is awful. Never had a problem here before, but since he took over the pizza isn't ready on time. Placed two orders, one I had to wait 30 minutes past the time they told me and the 2nd I had to wait 15 min and got completely wrong order. Drive 2 miles and go to the howies down the street.

We ordered a large veggie pizza. We picked up the pizza and while we were on the way home I opened the box and noticed that the pizza was not a large pizza even though clearly ordered a large pizza, we had ordered a garlic crust but the crust had no flavor of garlic. Also one slice of the pizza didn’t even have a crust. The crust was the same as a normal crust. Also the dough wasn’t cooked properly. The tomatoes weren’t even cut right.Vegetarian options: The veggies aren’t cut right it is way to thick to be on pizza. The olives aren’t spread correctly.

They decided to cheap out and hire call centers from India who have no clue what’s going on and can’t understand what’s being said. Horrendous delivery fee which costs as much as a pizza. Jetz is much better don’t come here.

Pizza is pretty good (not as good as it used to be), but the reason for the three stars is the ordering system. Online orders always fail and calls are now rerouted to India where they don't know anything and take 5-10 minutes to process an order (plus that route has also failed twice for me now).
