I could probably count the number of times Iāve been to a KFC in the last five years on one hand. However, today I had a taste for it, and unfortunately, it was not reinforced. I am certain that the fries were made four hours before I arrived. In addition, if I dropped the biscuit on my foot, there is a possibility that it may have become bruised.
I say all of this to exaggerate the point that the food was absolutely not fresh and I am memorably disappointed. Unfortunately, what happens for me in situations like this is I will not be coming back again.

My boyfriend picked up two Tender Boxes, and it was a complete salt fest. I didnāt even know they seasoned the fries until someone decided to add even more saltāsame with the biscuit. The soda was the best part of the meal, which says it all. Disgusting. If Iād been driving, I would have returned and demanded everything be remade. I can only imagine what the inside looks like. Never going back.

the food wasnāt fresh. iāve been here multiple times with the same experience. the cashiers arenāt welcoming at all & they charge for sauces like they own the place. horrible experience wouldnāt recommend

The WORST KFC Iāve ever been to and I went at 11am! I ordered a 3 piece tender meal combo and Iām so upset that the food was not fresh! The biscuit was so hard, the Fries had so much salt on them that salt was even on my tenders and biscuit in the box! This experience made me realize that I need to check my box before I make it to my destination because I was unable to eat the food. I literally had to dust off my tenders so I could digest those to take my prenatal vitamin. I will never come to this KFC again!

Every time I go here....EVERY TIME they mess up on my order. Just got a doordash, MESSED that up too. Do they not care? I've given 3 chances in 2 years.... and batting zero. Train your people how to fulfill orders and you will get better than 1 star reviews...... instead an order that is half efforted....
