The WORST KFC I’ve ever been to and I went at 11am! I ordered a 3 piece tender meal combo and I’m so upset that the food was not fresh! The biscuit was so hard, the Fries had so much salt on them that salt was even on my tenders and biscuit in the box! This experience made me realize that I need to check my box before I make it to my destination because I was unable to eat the food. I literally had to dust off my tenders so I could digest those to take my prenatal vitamin. I will never come to this KFC again!

Every time I go here....EVERY TIME they mess up on my order. Just got a doordash, MESSED that up too. Do they not care? I've given 3 chances in 2 years.... and batting zero. Train your people how to fulfill orders and you will get better than 1 star reviews...... instead an order that is half efforted....

The good news is they frequently clean the dining room. The bad news is they go straight to customer service without washing and when asked by another customer to wash, it was Ok with a bunch of attitude. Additional the service was quick but lacking. I got 2/3 of a biscuit and no honey and the girl just yelled from the back "you're all set" no "hey how can I help, obviously you have a question or something"
This is the second time I’ve ordered from here, both times were absolutely ridiculous. Many missing pieces both times. Food was cold. Ordered a 16 piece only got 12, ordered a 16 piece again and only got 8. Never coming back here again.
Always out of crispy chicken. Original is greasy and soggy. Sides are bad, food is never hot. Wait times are extra long and the service sucks.

?? That was the absolute worse KFC I've ever had, my chicken strips were so old and dry I had to pull with brute strength to pull my chicken tenders apart. I'll take my hard earned money to Popeyes from here on out! Paid $50 for some very very old food for my family

Came here on a weekend with no lines and was pleasantly surprised at the good & quick service at the drive-thru. Usually I brace myself for poor service at KFC’s but this one was good! ?

I've stopped by here a couple of times for lunch and to give them another chance but both times the place has no customers and the person working drive through cuts you off and is VERY short with you with the cherry on top being you have to repeat your order.
Then you get the food which consists of hard (old) buns, cold chicken and cold french fries. Never going back to this location again.
Parking: Their lot is always empty because they never have any customers. After "experiencing" them you'll understand why also.
