The food was enjoyable. I bought the enchiladas with ground beef and refried beans and rice. They advertise that their enchiladas are hand rolled. I've had enchiladas before and the tortilla wasn't thick like the enchiladas I bought here. Which was disappointing because I feel like they're pre-made not really made fresh . Especially since this restaurant has such a good reputation and good. Although I was disappointed about that aspect, I still enjoyed the...

Birria tacos are extremely good and service is very friendly and fast. A little bit noisy even with sound absorbing tile and Mexican blankets on ceiling. Decor is appropriately southwestern. The corn and black bean salad was not too 'salady'; I would suggest a lime vinaigrette or something like that. We eat here often now that we live closer.

Sage was a friendly and knowledgeable sever. She guided me through the menu with ease and made my experience a fantastic one. She didn't even laugh when I spilled my water telling a story.
