Haven't been to Noble Fish for awhile. Went today for a special birthday lunch, and was very disappointed. Orders came packaged in big plastic containers, rolls were smaller and sushi rice was hard and cold. Miss sitting at their small tables, drinking hot tea and watching the masters create their sushi rolls.
Caution - the rice is no longer gluten free! We tried doing a group order and the whole experience left us irritated and disappointed. The staff told us to place an online order and call back to add notes about what rolls needed to be gluten free. After checking out and calling back, we find out nothing can be gluten free because they changed the rice vinegar added to all rice and it now contains gluten. So disappointing. And to top it off, the food we did order didn't taste the same. I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

We had a very disappointing experience at Noble Fish. We arrived around 6:00 PM and stood in line until 6:30. The group in front of us took about 15 minutes because they couldn’t figure out their payment method, so by the time we reached the kiosk, it was closed. Staff told us they stop taking orders at 6:30.
We explained that we had been waiting in line for 30 minutes (with my very pregnant sister), and one staff member kindly said they would take our order at the in-person register. However, when we got there, a different staff member—a young, light-skinned woman—refused to help us. When we told her what the other staff member had said, she responded in a condescending tone, “aww that’s so unfortunate,” almost laughing at our situation.
After waiting all that time, only to be dismissed in such a rude and unprofessional way, we left extremely unhappy with the service. For a place with such a good reputation, the lack of basic courtesy and consistency from staff was really disappointing.

One of the best
every time i’ve come here the rice has been mushy and doesn’t taste seasoned. i’m genuinely so confused as to why this is considered “the best” sushi. it also takes a while since they’re always packed with orders.

I placed an order through DoorDash for a platter that clearly was approved and went through. I had an order number and multiple confirmations and receipts online. I place the order to be scheduled for pickup at a later time several hours ahead for my father-in-law's birthday.
When my husband went to pick up the order, they claimed that such an order did not exist and they couldn't do anything about it. Even after showing them the multiple points of confirmation, they just said that there was nothing they could do repeatedly. Upon calling my credit card company, the rep said that the order was indeed valid and that it fell on the restaurant to approve the pending order, which they did not, hence why it didn't show up on their end.
Instead of taking accountability or just offering anything as an apology for the hassle and time wasted, we were empty-handed. Awful customer service.
I used to love this place, but service has taken a nosedive. They even have tip requests on the grocery checkout now! I’m done.

Confusing. Not user friendly. Need to separate market from dining. Staff arrogant. Lost it’s charm. Walked out.
A staple to the community. Lovely spot with great sushi and many other Asian goods. Been here many times and will continue!!! One of my favs!

We have been going to this location for over twenty years. Sadly things have gone downhill. Today’s meal was disappointing and almost inedible. Combining the White Wolf cafe was not well executed or conceived. I write this with the expectation that Noble Fish that I knew and loved is gone. The sushi is not the same as it used to be. The spicy shrimp special roll was over processed and tasteless. The rice was falling apart .Bring back the quality and care that built this business. I will return soon to verify whether my concerns have been addressed. One more chance guys. Make Noble’ Noble again!
We’ve been loyal customers of Noble Fish for many years, and it’s truly sad to see how much the quality has gone downhill. Today we placed an order of over $50, and the food was disappointing. The rolls were inconsistent in size, some were coming apart, and even the taste was noticeably different from what we’ve always enjoyed here.
Noble Fish used to be such a special place in our community, but it doesn’t feel the same anymore. I also noticed many others sharing similar experiences with one-star reviews, with responses from the owner that feel impersonal, almost like they were written by AI.

Ordered the tuna roll today. The roll was formed so huge and loosely, I had to cut each piece into 2 bites, to actually eat. The tuna was also cut into large, uneven sections, which created an unfortunate mouth feel, as some pieces were torn and against the grain.
