Detroit Burger Bar is a hidden gem if you’re craving a good meal without the hassle. The burgers are amazing — juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right — and the chicken wrap is just as delicious. The prices are really reasonable for the quality, and there’s no long wait to get seated or served. Our waitress was nice and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a go-to spot for a laid-back, tasty meal!
This was the first time we have been to this location, and it was underwhelming. Friendly, but slow service. I had to send back a well done burger that was ordered medium. This location has strayed from Vic’s recipes and has taken some of the typical shortcuts (like no real onion slice rings in the onion rings) and other profit boosters. This place is just an average burger joint. The spinach artichoke dip is horrible, and it’s the best dish there in the old days. Try it at 24th Street Tavern in Oxford.
